Ordered food for hotel stay. Watched driver drop my food on the ground. The when i went to pay he said there was a tip option said i know i watched u drop my food on the floor. He said he was rushing. He also said nice excuse not to leave a tip i said yes. He then told me not to open pop right away as that was part of what fell. He was still trying to get me to leave a tip when i said have a good night.

I haven't been in this Scores in a while, but the countless times I have been it's always been good. The salad bar was always taken care of, always stocked. The chicken/ribs are the same as any other Scores. If you order delivery, regardless if it's uber eats, doordash, skip or directly with the restaurant, and it's close to closing time, and you take the 5 piece chicken tenders, there's a chance they will give you the 5 pieces + whatever extra they have since they'll have to throw it out anyway; I order the 5 piece almost every time I order, and on 2 occasions close to closing I got 9 pieces once, and 12 the other.

We've been keenly anticipating the opening of Scores on St Jean. Seems like the opening Soon sign has been up for months. Wait no longer folks they opened TODAY. Their rotisserie chicken was lovely and tender and their Brochettes were very flavorful. Their salad bar is full of fresh delicious choices. West Islanders rejoice, a decent Scores is back in the West Island.

Arrived at the score and was seated by the hostess without delay. Once seated we waited 15+ minutes with no one attending our table. After more than 15 minutes and multiple serving staff simply walking by our table we left and advised the hostess of our displeasure we were advised "alright have a good night" . Will not return to this restaurant.

Food was good considering the price. Service was fast and efficient until we were paying. The bill came to a total of $51. Price after tax was around $58 something. I made a calculation mistake so we paid with 100$ bill and asked to have $35 back. The waitress was not happy and told us if we knew the tip was supposed to be 15%. Without realizing that we tipped $1.50 below 15% line, I asked if the tip we left was not ok. Without saying a word, the waitress gave us back the change with a cold face. But it was only $30. I asked if I could have my change back. The waitress actually told me that she had to check. Now I think she kept the $5 bill on purpose and considering we were a table of Chinese speaking guests, maybe she assumed we Chinese don't tip? Not cool

Dropped in for supper. Deeply disappointed in their new menu. I never eat open buffet food (hygiene issues) and the new menu really stresses it. I used to be a fan for many years, now I will never return. Wrong decision to change the menu and not offer vegetable based dishes direct from the kitchen. I had ribs and they were okay. One of my companions had a leg dinner and it was so dry, it was inedible.

My husband and I have been there two or three times and each time we love it so much. The food is so, so good. They have some great lunch specials. I have had two, and both times, I've added the salad bar to it. The salad bar has some wonderful options, and I always make such a unique salad/dip that is just so great. My husband gets the chicken strips and he loves that a lot. He thinks it's great honestly. I love their food so much. The FRIED ICE CREAM IS ONE OF THE BEST DESERTS I HAVE EVER EATEN! Also the Chicken and waffles they have is super yummy, and full of flavour. I also had the chicken Cesar wrap was also good. Their deserts that are included in the lunch special are good. Usually they are not that great, but at Scores they give you some yummy options. The staff there is also really wonderful. They are nice, and do all they can to ensure that you will have a good experience. They are friendly, and make the experience better. We will be back! And hopefully you'll try it too!

The variety at the salad bar is sufficient enough to pass as a full meal for any appetite. Have always found the salad bar to be very clean and naturally this is important considering the quantity of people self serving. The waitresses always have great comments to make about the boss which speaks volumes for the commitment and involvement of the latter. The food is good to very good depending on the dish. Any of the chicken dishes with the included salad bar is a sure bet. Nice, laid back atmosphere.

I was reluctant to try another Scores after the horrible experience with the branch on Saint Jean boulevard in D.D.O. However, at the insistence of my family we went to this one at Dorval. Boy I was pleasantly surprised. The service was warm and courteous, the salad bar has a large selection of fresh salad, and the food is larger portion and better prepared and presented. If you are looking for a Scores restaurant in the West Island please by all means go to this one instead of the one in Dollard.

I enjoy this place. Salad bar has two different sides, two soups, hot nacho cheese, corn chips, beef chillie, salsa, salads, sauces, seeds, cottage cheese, feta cheese, lots of fun stuff for a second trip. My kid goes back three times. The decorations at Halloween and Xmas were very special, nice tall nutcrackers guarding front door. Xmas bowls holding stuff on salad bar. This chicken is better that the one that closed in WestIsland. People working are usually very nice. $80 for 3 with a dessert.

I had an order delivered to TD Canada Trust Dorval Branch today March 18th at 12pm.. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my meal at all. Rice was not fresh so as the baked potatoe was so dry, either over cooked or not fresh.. im sorry to say that I was really disappointed with my order. I don't think I will re-order again from Scores and certainly will not recommend it to family and friends.

BEST salad bar you'll go to. Everything is fresh, great selection. They added lobster to the menu, their ribs are always tender, delicious, and perfectly sticky. You can't go wrong with the rotisserie chicken and BBQ sauce.

We visited this Scores location last night. Booking a group hockey team dinner is always a task. Scores handled our group efficiently and the servers were amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had 46 plates come out all at once piping hot, every meal done perfectly! 16 rowdy boys spilled drinks and lots of empty buffet plates but they had the best ladies taking their orders, servers were patient, understanding, and were great with our team. Top notch service .... highly recommended

My sister is deathly allergic to shrimp. She ate from the salad bar and while eating a green salad she found a shrimp. It was not part of the salad. Someone from the kitchen had dropped the shrimp into the salad by accident. Not only was the manager unsympathetic, they made her pay for the meal she didn’t eat, instead of letting her leave to go to the hospital.

This Scores is a cut above the rest. The owner really goes all out to provide a nice experience. There are a fiew salad bar items that I haven't seen at other locations. They also make an extra effort to decorate the place during special occasions. If you're aleay a fan of Scores, you won't find a better restaurant.

Really enjoyed the salad bar. Was surprised that there were so many healthy options to add to the salad. Also nacho plate ingredients, which was a nice surprise for a salad bar. Chicken was good. I lived the French fries because they were crispy. Staff was super friendly. Will return and definitely recommend.

What a lovely surprise, especially since we had no expectations as a lot of places are still closed on Monday nights post pandemic. I had never been to any locations of the franchise, but this Scores had friendly and patient staff (we had three teenagers with us who couldn’t make up their minds), a clean restaurant, and the food was delicious. The portions were generous, and we enjoyed a lovely family reunion after being separated by the pandemic for so long.

My family and i used to go to Scores in Vaudreuil since it was close to us but i'm so glad we tried the Dorval location. The waitress was extremely nice and professional not to mention the food.. it was to die for completely different from the other Scores. You can tell the owners take pride in their work. This is our go to Scores now every weekend.

You definitely don't have to wonder why a LOT of people in the Dorval area come here. Good food at a good price and wait staff that's normally very nice and attentive. We've been coming here at least once a month since we moved to the area. I'm usually not a rib person but Scores turned me onto them. They're restaurant decoration game is seriously on fleek! I've seen regular holiday decorations for shops and restos but this is beyond any that I've seen. They really go all out! We've had great experiences both in the restaurant itself and through delivery. If there's ever a mistake, which rarely happens, they would apologize right away and do what they can to fix the error. Even if that means driving all the way back with a comped meal. They're pretty much the only good place to eat in this shopping center. Also, if you're going to eat here, make sure to ask for their extended dessert menu. They have some sweet delights that are only available at that location.

To the manager. We had dinner at Scores in Dorval last evening after the Lighting of the X-Mas tree in Dorval. We were there with our two grandchildren and let me tell you it was lovely. There a so few family restaurants but what I really want to tell you is that our waitress Stephanie was simply wonderful. What an asset for you. She is pleasant, with a great attitude and funny. Just an update. Once again, we had a great experience! We have finally found a Scores restaurant in the west island that serves good food with efficient and friendly staff. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The salad bar is well stocked and well maintained and it shows that they have pride in the food they serve. The price point is as expected with an affordable wine list. We will be going back and you should too. This is our Scores from now on! We always have a very nice time here. Don't be fooled by the obviously fake positive reviews that have been posted since MTY took over the Scores brand in Dec 2017. Recent menu changes, price hikes and portion downsizing have burned many longtime patrons. Ordered a 1/4" leg, fries, soda & coffee... came out to $25 with tip.... $25 for a lunch? Give me a break. My co-workers and our families have taken our business elsewhere. There are a few options in the area that offer better value. Go look for them.

I went there with one of my friends at 10 Pm yesterday. It was late and we decided not to eat very much. So, we ordered half chicken + a plate of Salad to share. First: a half chicken toggle at $ 18 ... Ridiculous, it's smaller than a thigh of St-Hubert. Really disappointed. Surprisingly, they charged us an extra salad bar!!! (12.5$+tax)The waitress was so rude and told us doesn’t matter if you eat or not! The second one should pay at least for salad bar... I do not recommend this restaurant at all. If you decide to repeat the mistake and go to this restaurant, make sure to talk to them first about the bills ... One more thing... they don’t have take away service. You have to eat all you have ordered...

Not the best rotisserie chicken I've had, but the all you can eat soup and fresh salad bar makes it good value. The pineapple pieces were easily my favorite of the salad bar, but there were over a dozen different veggie, egg, pasta, or potato based selections. The tomato vegetable and chicken noodle soups were OK. I found their chicken a little dry and the dipping sauce was too salty. For $10 it's worthwhile with the AYCE salad bar. They are located next to Zellers.

I went to lunch yesterday in the scores restaurant In Dorval and I woke up at 4 AM this morning with huge cramps, nausea diarrhoea and vomiting . I tought that the chicken noodle soup and a cucumber tasted funny, I should have not eaten them because I got food poisoning . It is 8:30 AM and I'm still not done fighting this!
