Very cool bait shop, which is probably the one of the only few remaining in Montréal ? Prices for baits are cheap. Prices for everything else is regular. Worms, leeches, maggots and dead minnows he got it all. In order to access the store, you need to call the owner with the number provided here or on the door of the shop. Super friendly service everytime. Check this store out for 2018 season.

Such an awesome and very down to earth guy. Not to mention he has the biggest worms I've ever seen and I collect my own worms since the deppaneur worms are a rip off these days. If you have to buy worms, buy ONLY HERE. Anglers, let's protect these mom and pops store like this. Screw those big box stores. Thanks to Ron's 50 years experience, I caught my personal best pike and sturgeon in the same day!! Now that's something money can't buy.

An excellent experience! Winter is by appointment only. But, the owner, Ron, was flexible to meet any time. This tiny shop has everything! His selection, in every category except tackle boxes (he still had a few of those), beat out the Cabela's I usually visit in Ontario. I was really amazed at the assortment of gear crammed in there. The best part was Ron, the owner. I am a professional guide, and I can tell you this guy knows his fish. And he apparently dedicates his life to sharing that vast knowledge with others. Stores like this are invaluable and should be cherished by all who fish. You can't buy Ron's level of knowledge and passion, no matter how much money you might save buying stuff on sale at big box stores. Ron, I will be back.

If I could give this place a big zero stars I would. Today, for the first time my partner bought a fishing rod, elsewhere. We had a lot of trouble choosing one as it is definitely a specialty. We had no help where we purchased it and then came across this store. He called them for some information. The person who answered the phone was rude and demeaning. Before even listening to our questions, he told us that we should call/go to the store we bought our fishing rod from, “I have customers”, he said. This was in the first 10 seconds of the conversation. How did he assume that we wouldn’t be customers too? This person clearly has zero customer service experience. I will tell our friends and family to not bother calling or going into this store. Our family also owns a boat store and Marina, cheers.

I stopped in here yesterday to buy some worms. I hadn't been here in probably 15 years. The service was exactly as I remember, from the owner, who always seems to be in a good mood. Even as young kids when we used to stop in, he always took the time to help us and answer our questions. This kind of place is rare these days.
