Our family loves Jack Astor’s. They have a great lively atmosphere. The service is very friendly and professional. The food is excellent with a menu for every taste. They also feature new items on the menu regularly so there’s always something innovative and delicious to try. The kids menu also has a lot of variety.

It was our first time at this location and it will be our last. We ordered burgers and wings and it was nothing special about this meal. My son who loves burgers couldn’t not eat the burger ordered. It was dry. The worst were the wings which some were not well cooked so could not be eaten since they were raw at the bone. What disturbed me is that when we showed this to the waitress, they did not even offered a dessert as an apology not to mention a discount. The waitress was apologetic but that’s it.

Used to go here all the time as a kid, stopped going a few years back after finding the food to be fairly average or below. Came back recently to meet an old friend and was pleasantly surprised! Wait staff are as friendly as ever and the food is good again, great place to hang out with friends

We are regulars at the greenfield park location, but moved closer to the West Island and decided to try the location today, AMAZING! Service was really good! The staff was very friendly, the meals were very well served. We were very happy and will comeback for sure!

A place I used to visit frequently pre pandemic. Loved it before but... The prices have been jacked up so much that this will be my last visit. I'm really sorry but hiking a 15-18$ nacho plate to what I recall is 26$ with the things I wanted in it, yeah. Date night cost me 100$ instead of the around 50-60$ it used to.
