I found the cashier to be rude and uninterested when I asked where a mundane run of the mill item was she told me she had no idea and I should ask someone else. This is a village and If you want to stay in business you should train your front line staff in Customer Service..

Grocery store offering some really nice European options at their deli (they have Hungarian Pick salami! Yum!!) and cheese counter. Hot counter in the back offers some yummy food such as Mititei (Romanian mini sausages... sooo good). Parking next door. A small outdoor patio area for those who want to eat on Lakeshore Drive and people watch.

Great place to get difficult to find European and some other food. Only place in town where I could find Rigas sprats and they were half the price they would have been on Amazon. Not only do they have halvah, they have kinds that I didn't know existed. Kimchi, seaweed salad, sour pickled tomatoes, fresh sourkraut, plenty of East European products. Definitely worth checking out.

Excellent grocery shop, including prepared meals, and a few tables to sit and eat. I usually buy their cooked meals, such as russian borscht, salads, rice with veggies, and different choices of meat. They also have a good selection of cut meat and cheeses. Their cakes are delicious! Yummy! Good selection of pickled products, basic choices of fruits and veggies, and various choices of frozen dumplings. Will continue going there for my groceries! Parking is available at no cost.

Cashier charged me for the product that I wasn't purchasing but guess what I always see what they charge me so this way I spotted her error. I wish I could just trust but unfortunately can't ???? this ruined my overall first time experience. I was expecting to have more choice in sausage products also cakes and donuts didn't look fresh. Still you can get some European products, fruits, milk, etc.

I just bought for 146$ worth of groceries and I had to bag all of it myself. Meanwhile, they're opening checkouts for people with 2$ worth of stuff, instead of helping me with mine. Completely oblivious to the 20/80 principle. Plus they lack all kinds of basic items. They will be out of business before winter just like the one before them.

Great. A small, compact supermarket, with a friendly, accommodating staff, who will try to get you items you ask them for. You can shop there for interesting and unusual items you wouldn't find in the large chains, such as first class caviar. Went there the day before easter to buy different sausages and smoked meats . Went to the charcuterie section and asked them to cut nice big pieces for my easter basket ....Only to find out on one of them large spots of mold , about size of a dollar coin. Finally a decent European grocery store in the West Island! Everything you need to remember the good old days from home. Very friendly and helpful personnel, reasonable pricing and great variety.
