Great shop. Elise helped me to navigate raw feeding my new puppy. Very helpful and made me feel comfortable about the journey. He was not taking it to it right away but we tried different things and now he eats like a champ. You can't wrong with this place they know their stuff.

Sadly will have to change my review as this place is not what it used to be prior to the new ownership. We've been there a few times since they took over and the service is less than adequate. They don't have the stock the other owners used to have in terms of variety (different flavors of dog food) plus when you ask for advice, they simply do not have any to give perhaps due to a lack of experience in the field. Very disappointing to say the least as we used to encourage family owned business over big box franchise but will not be returning and will be switching to Pitou Minou. Went there today and again, eventhough they are supposed to be open according to the business hours, they decided that they would be closed today. This is not a serious business. That's not how you operate a business.
