Hi there good morning! Today my wife and I had a pretty nasty experience at Ares Cuisine (Dorval Store). During our shopping, an employee of yours approached and asked us if we needed anything, we said we were fine, but she stayed around staring at us, following us, even though there were more customers in the store. She seems to be suspecting of our presence in the store. After a couple of minutes, she came again and asked again the same question (before the first question, my wife was already holding some items). A few minutes later she came again and made the same question. I understand when it happens once is because the seller is trying to help the customer, but three times in less than three minutes even though my wife got the items in her hands, it is at least a weird situation, actually, it has another name, but for now I'll keep it like that. I don't know why she was behaving like that, but next time I'll call the police and they will ask her if there is any problem. It is important to highlight that she was the only one in the store that treated us that way.

Only reason is their return policy is the worst of all the stores I ever shopped in ever. was told I can't return the blender I bought because the box was opened and I was asking to upgrade for a way more expensive model. Good thing that I found this out now before I bought anything else from them won't make the mistake of giving them my business anymore.

This store is absolutely amazing. There is everything for people who has passion for culinary and not only, there is also kitchen professional appliances. There is an entire session for knives, pastry, and much more. It was the only store that I could fund different sizes of panettone baking moldes. Can't wait to go again.

Great place to visit if you’re looking for kitchen tools. I love going here to get things for baking, particularly for cupcake and cake boxes as well as piping tips. The store is huge and the variety of items at all different price points is good for pretty much any budget. The staff has also been incredibly friendly each time I’ve visited.

Terrible customer service coming from the owner of the store himself . Bought 2 sets of 4 of wine glasses and one glass cracked next day during 1st dishwash. It was properly loaded and never even used. Came in to buy one glass replacement and instead was told to buy 4 set or leave. I guess when you are the owner of the store you can be rude.

I had to do an exchange and was rushing to make it before the store closed. The store was closing at 18h00. I got there at 17h54 and the employee was leaving. I told him that there was still 5 minutes left. He was open to go back in until I said that it was for an exchange, which is when he told me that his system was closed for the day. I told him there were 5 minutes left again. He turned around and started walking towards his car. Very disappointing. Why say that you close at 18h00 if it's not the case? Shouldn't your employees lock the door at 18h00 and then close their system?
