Selling kittens that are too young to be separated from their mothers .. and selling them at $250!!! They are not pure bred cats. These poor kittens are going to get very sick and possibly die ..they are way too young .

Avoid any shop that sells animals like this as it promotes indiscriminate backyard breeding. If you really want a pet, try your local shelter or rescue. Small animals too! At least they would have been vetted before gong to a home.

Bought our first dog there, and have been going back ever since. Great customer service, always friendly. Another user's comment about their return policy is true, but they were upfront with me about it from the beginning and it's clearly written by the cash. The animals all look well cared for, even the small rodents and the fish. Very happy with them.

Horrible experience. Bought a kitten and we discovered a few weeks later that he was sick with ringworm (a fungal infection that requires extensive, months-long treatment). Our vet says the proper practices were not followed by this store and their vet. We had to bring him back. My kids are devastated.

C'est des escroc sans coeur en plus car quand je suis retourné les voir, il m'ont dit de laisser mon chaton chez eux pour qu'il meurt tout seul dans un coin et de prendre un autre... à croire que c'est un vêtement. C'ÉTAIT UN ÊTRE VIVANT!! Pitoyable cette animalerie, mon chaton est mort dans mes bras même pas une semaine après l'avoir acheté! N'achetez jamais votre animal de compagnie la-bas.

They had excellent and nice customer services. A large variety and quantity of supplies. Animals include dogs, cats, fishes, rabbits, hamsters, birds, rats... The larger animals seemed like they had good care. Aquatic animals look also in good care which were in crystal clear water in large aquariums. The Bettas were in small containers though... No reptiles although they do sell some supplies to reptiles. It's a small nice animal shop you should go visit!

I went in to replace one of my daughter's fish that died and they were super nice and very helpful. She explained to me what the big store we originally bought the fish from never did about proper maintenance. A few weeks later, my daughter called me very upset that her filter stopped working and made me promise to get a new one before something bad happened to her fish. I went back to the store and asked for a new filter machine, the owner asked me what happened and then explained that those machines almost never break. She showed me on one of hers in store how to take it apart, clean it, test it and put it back. She even offered to walk me through it over the phone if I had trouble. I went home, followed instructions and voila! Fixed! I thought it was special when a store tells you how to avoid buying something and really looks out for your best interests!

I bought a cat from them recently and had a very good experience! Helpful and very good staff and owner. My cat got sick, but they were ready to pay for all medications and take care of my cat themselves. Since all their cats are rescued they dont have any history on them, which makes sense! They provided the needed help without hesitation. I am very happy customer!

the service in itself was good. employees are really nice and helpful but the manager is extremely rude (shes there half the time). she doesn’t help, if you ask a question she’ll answer with a tone and she’s on her phone most of the time even the employees are more professional then her. i bought a cat there 2 years ago and i loved him. i was interested in buying a specific cat last week. the manager was SO rude to the animal and me so i came a back the next day to find she wasn’t there and the most any people helped me out. so i called YESTERDAY to see if the cat was still there i tried calling twice no one answered so the last time i called they finally answered and they told me he was still available i told them to save him for me. they said they will but when i came to pick him up he was gone i asked and they said they sold it. anyway the manager is an awful person but the employees are the nicest. overall its a nice place even if it seems unwelcoming and the animals are well treated.

Small variety of pets and bad attitude towards customers. Once i found a dead hamster in its water bowl, and another had its tail crushed and bloody from a glass separator that was closed without caution. Would NOT recommend. Furthermore, they store their betas in tiny containers inhumanely, they don't have room to swim.
