Always waiting on your food there slow but it is because they fame cook your burger but still sometimes you'll be waiting in the drive thru for about 15 mins I honestly think there ice cream is getting over priced basically $6.00 for a medium Sunday and for a small it's $5.00 also they changed there containers for the banna split so you get less for the original price am also not to happy about that either

they chased a customer down because he got an extra dipping sauce then told the person who was with us that they did all the orders and had no excuse why he didn't get his, he was sitting there with order number in hand but no order. That might be why there were no other customers in the place. The locals must stay away.

Haven't been to a DQ in years... mainly because we don't live here anymore. Still, all the flavours came back. Attentive staff, great service, friendly attitude, good ice cream. But it was really like walking into a deep freeze. I was so cold in there, I had to go out to warm up. Otherwise, fine. I'm sure other people loved it.

My wife just brought home supper from our local Dairy Queen. She ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink for herself. A 1/3 lb plain cheeseburger with bacon, fries and drink for me. Both burgers were totally plain. Hers was just the meat patty and bun and mine was the 2 meat patties and bun. And they didn’t even give full orders of fries. All this for the not so low price of $24.13 and no receipts! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Overall a good DQ, the parking lot is fairly open and waits aren't usually too long. There are a few issues however. The position of drive through blocks traffic and makes it inconvenient to get in and out. Also, once you are waiting for an order, there is very little room to wait and it can get quite cramped if lots of people are waiting for food. All in all, the DQ staff is pretty friendly and there are no major issues I have encountered.

Went thru drive thru on Sept 4th . The guy taking the order was very patient and helpful had to change order 3 times and he got it right just in case he reads this it was approximately 2:30 pm got our food and it was the best fast food I have eaten in a long time !!! Sadly, the visit wasn't as great as expected. Since we purchased an ice cream cake & dad to drive an hour to get home, we ordered takeaway. Grabbed it & left only to find that my husband's order wasn't correct. We didn't turn back as we were already well on the way home. Dairy Queen Digby is number one! we live in Yarmouth and our dairy Queen is not very good(burgers microwaved so hot the pickles burn your mouth). We have sometimes even drove to digby for Dairy Queen there. There is an older gentleman that always seems to be there. He is the most friendly nice person ever he treats you like everybody means a lot to their business. we went the other night and it was super busy and they were ready to close they treated us welcoming there were seven of us and they even delivered our food to the table and made sure everything was satisfactory everything was fresh hot and delicious. Fast food places could learn a lot from here. Great Job to everyone that works at this dairy Queen!!!! Never disappointed ????

Customer service was very good, even with training a new employee. we notice that the fries taste like they have been soaked in clorine. This has been noticed by us before. Not very appealing. Ordered a crispy chicken wrap combo, not only was it the wrong wrap, but also microwaved, and long enough to cook the Lettuce on it. The replacement was the right type of wrap at least, but also microwaved into mush. Skip this DQ and eat at another food location... 2 stars because at least the ice cream was okay.

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo and a SMALL order of onion rings. Found out that I got charged for a large order of rings. Didn't sort it out until I was 25 miles away. Wasn't turning around. Soda machine was out, so they had to fill it, when the girl brought it back the cup was 1/3 filled with foam from root beer. I asked to get it filled, you would have thought I was asking for the world. Obviously, the other lady was very put out that she has to help me. More customers came in and she had to help about 6 more, that gave me a chuckle. The sandwich was ok, but I really don't like eating a huge chunk of gristle. Poor service and a bad sandwich just don't add up to more than 2 stars.

Very quick and prompt service. Extremely friendly staff and understanding. Food was delicious, I got the 6 dollar meal deal which is a great price, with the deluxe cheeseburger and usually I don't like tomatoes, but Dairy Queen's tomatoes are so crisp and taste amazing on the cheeseburger. 10/10 recommend eating here for burgers.
