Try the seafood platter! It is a 10/10. Do not forget the desert and enjoy the chocolate pie, it is a very low sugar recipe ???? Warm welcome, great quality, everywhere’s smiles ???? Definitely the best fish and chips and one of the most agreeable place to be during your vacation. A great venue.

Truly an amazing place. Andrea and John are wonderful people, so welcoming. The food is outstanding, the portions are huge, and the fish is like butter it melts in your mouth. The scallops are cooked to perfection. As hard as it might be you must have desert. Owners that get customer service and are truly passionate about what they do. You need not look anywhere else, easy to see why Antonio's is #1.

Very good food served by very nice and friendly family. The haddock and scallop combo was very good. Chicken poutine is tasty and full of cheese. Loved their chocolate cream pie the most - One of the best I've had. Highly recommended.

Don't be fooled by the outside - this place has killer fish and chips and coleslaw. Don't even talk to me about the coconut cream pie and onion rings. They're ridiculously good. I definitely recommend making this stop!

Great place! Just on the outskirts of Digby but worth the drive. It's where the locals eat. Great fish and chips and scallops. Way too much food even for me and I'm a big guy! Save room for dessert because the chef makes his own homemade pies and they are awesome! Great and friendly owners. Strongly recommend!

Lived in Nova Scotia all my life. Often ate at John's Lunch when on business in Dartmouth. ANTONIO'S IS EVEN BETTER! Fresh fish never frozen. Cooked to perfection. I dare you and a friend to get a seafood platter for two and then try to eat a desert. This place just gets better every year. I have taken several friends there and each and everyone has made it their favorite place to eat in Digby.

The fish is fantastic! I ordered from the 'Sides' and was unable to finish my meal. One piece is a full fillet of haddock. Cooked perfectly in their batter, I had deep fried (deep fried or pan fried - your choice) also ordered the 2 piece and a Poutine. We will be going back.... Also ordered a seniors meal to go. not pictured is the Coleslaw and Tartar sauce.

We went there recommended by local people. Fresh seafood, great tasting, big portions, reasonable price. Everything was delicious, including the homemade desserts. On top of the food experience was the great service offered by the owners. They are a really nice couple which also gave us useful tips of the region. If you are visiting Nova Scotia, I highly recommend you to stop by Antonio's and try their fresh scallops, haddock and clams.

I haven't even eaten yet, but the plates I see coming out of this place are ridiculous. Fish pieces are huge!! Everyone looks happy Ok I just finished... whoa bud. Huge portions, fresh and awesome. I pounded it all and hope I don't pass out on the drive from the food coma I'm about to be in. I'd give it more stars if there was an option.

Scotian Bay Motel for supper. Wendy again said it was the best scallops she has ever had and she said that last time. They only do dinner theough the week open 4 to 8:00. Andrea and John own and run the place and they are the best people. Make a point to eat there when your in the Digby area! Gordo

We loved this place. It's not fancy, but the food is amazing. My husband had the fish and chips and I ordered pan fried scallops which came in a lovely lemon butter sauce. Both were scrumptious. Several locals came in while we were there, so I take that as a good sign.

Our favorite place for always great fish and chips! A must "go to" on every trip we make to Nova Scotia. The service is super and friendly. Highly recommend if you like fish and chips. If you have room after eating the large portion of fish you have to try the desserts. They are homemade daily. Note - my wife is gluten intolerant and if you let them know John will make a special gluten free pan cooked fish - wife sayings it is delicious.

Amazing "hole-in-a-wall", "mom and pop" restaurant. They are super friendly enjoy talking with the customers. The chef (pop) even came out to talk with us and the rest of the guests afterwards. We had pan fried haddock and scallops. Both were really good. We also tried their homemade pies and they did not disappointed. I definitely recommend you to check out this restaurant if you visit the East Coast.

As always our meal was delicious! Staff is always friendly and as busy as they were they made sure to stop by our table to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I ordered clams and chips but substituted the mash potatoes for the chips. The clams were so good & fresh they just melt in your mouth. My daughter ordered 2 pieces of fish with chips. Although she didn't realize the fish was beer battered (as she wouldn't have ordered it) she was pleasantly surprise the breaded was very thin & light. The fish was fresh and very good. I forgot to take a pic before we started but here they are anyway lol

It’s places like this that remind why it’s difficult to enjoy fish and chips back in Ontario. A fantastic piece of fish with a perfect batter. Portion was generous... fries were excellent... music was charming (oldies to disco to Sinatra, etc)... service was charming. Just a win all around.

It's a restaurant and a motel. Excellent prices and comfortable. Very quite place and a exquisite service. It's a very good point for stay AT Digby. Gilbert lighthouse is just at 4 miles and if you stay there the beach is just at 200m. Of course just in summer.
