Fresh and tasty! Love the excellent variety of specialty foods and condiments too, such as sauces and spices, so you can make a complete meal. Great frozen meal section too.

OK. So I'm from NS, and my husband is from Newfoundland. We like to think of ourselves as self proclaimed fish gurus????????. You won't find two people who love (and know what is...) fresh seafood. Lol. All kidding aside, we've lived in the Delta area for a little over three years and totally love the vibe of the communities here. I have had the good fortune of finding hidden gems throughout the Ladner/Tsawwassen area, and Superior Fish Market is no exception! Tucked away in a corner of Ladner, there is a charming little fish market called Superior Fish Market. What a find! Since embarking on my shop local experience/experiment this Christmas season, I thought to myself, "I need to find a better place to get the fresh and delicious taste of seafood that us fish crazed people love, without all the guess work that goes into 'how fresh is it?', 'where is from?' etc..." So I Googled fish markets in the area and guess what came up!?! Superior Fish Market in Ladner. Just a stones throw away from us????????. I stopped by and I was "hooked". The store front itself has a village feel to it with their daily specials on boards standing outside. Really cute. The staff smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked in, and the store just smelled "good". It was like "you know it's good when..." At the end of the immaculate case of fresh seafood where the amazing selection of fish, shell fish, candied, smoked...anything you want, starts a whole new shopping experience to yet more small gems. The only drawback is that you never leave enough time to simply browse the store! So much amazing stuff and all reasonably priced. Check out the chocolate coconut bars! To die for❤️. During the holidays or anytime, make this your one-stop-shop for everything delicious and FABULOUS customer knowledge/service????. Don't take my word for it. Stop by.
