I have started to purchase all of my Volvo parts from these guys, Doug behind the counter is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Always a great selection of in stock parts and parts which need to be ordered are brought in, in a timely fashion. I have dealt with another Volvo dealer in Vancouver and they always tell me the part has to be air-freighted in from Toronto which will cost an extra $100.00. Miraculously I call Bridgview Marine and they can get the part next day from Vancouver. Disingenuous or uneducated, I will never know why the other company always has to have parts air freighted in from Toronto to Vancouver, its worth it to drive the distance for integrity and service.

They also have a boat launch out front which was extremely useful in my situation. They did a lot extra for me that they did not need to do when I was picking a boat up from them.

I needed a part for my B230B Volvo Penta. I called every single dealer in Surrey and Langley. Each one was either so rude I could bare to to business with them or they would give me the run around for days. When I called Bridgeview, I had a parts diagram emailed to me within less than five minutes, received a quote and my part was ordered for the next business day! WOW! So long as this keeps up I'll make the 30 minute each way drive to Bridgeview for all my boating needs!

went in looking for a boat under 15 ft. and with some storage.the salesmans reply was "good luck with that" .i got up and left.that is their idea of customer service.can't give the name of the salesman,he didn't bother to introduce himself.and yes,i found a boat under 15 ft. with storage through a different dealer.i'd give no stars if i could.i guess the level of courtesy goes by the foot there and it doesn't start at 15.

I like these guys. In fact, I will drive 30 mins out there to get parts for my outboards instead of going to MP, which is just a couple blocks away from me. The counter staff is great, but don't go asking for a high speed prop for your 2.5hp engine. If you do, then you deserve to be made fun of. They can hook you up with parts for your engine from 1807 from that manufacturer that doesn't exist anymore.

Not only did they have the parts they rushed them for SAME DAY delivery all the way to Yellowknife NT. Talk about a great service team! Very knowledgable and fast shipping

Recently had my boat in for repairs the shop was busy and took a while to get the boat in for repairs. Not a big deal as they informed of this prior to dropping it off and I was not in a rush. I'm very happy with the service they provided and feel I can trust them. I had a chance to talk over the repair with the mechanic which was very useful. I would recommend this shop.

Got a deal on some parts. And the guy that rang me up was nice. But wow the other 2 senior guys were rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere. Btw Bridgeview Marine. I own 2 boats and spend tens of thousands a year on upgrades and maintenance. I guess you have enough customers.
