Fresh fruit was fresh two days ago... maybe. The ham in my wife's omelette was grey... the only thing on our table that was correct was the coffee. My father inlaw didnt get all the meat in his meal. The staff were pleasant, but the kitchen needs a wake up call. My brother in law who is nick named garbage guts because he literally eats anything ( as long as it resembles food) pushed his plate away. "I'm not full. I just lost my appetite" I didn't even know he knew those word? Then when it came to the bill. They didn't ask how we wanted it. We should have 3 bills. We were handed one. My wife's omelette was taken off the bill but that was the extent of the customer service.

My fries were cold. Soup was cold. My husband didn't even get his gravy for his fries. I would not recommend lunch or dinner but breakfast items were good.

The omelette I got had a pool of grease in it, the amount of hashbrowns I got was sad compared to the price I paid, the lady’a working there were extremely friendly and wonderful! But the food had really gotten sad in the past year.

Smitty's, if nothing's else, is consistent. Its wings are well know in manitoba, especially at Winnipeg locations. Service is usually decent. Its an ideal place to have breakfast, at any time in the day.

The lounge side seems to have better service than the restaurant side. All in all the food was great. They play the sounds of the game when a sporting event is played on tv which is a bonus for sports fans. You’ll be surprised how many sports lounges play music instead of tv audio.

They were amazing with us. Super kind to us, even when we had no clue about the dining area being closed. And when our food was ready, they brought it out to our car for us. Will definitely visit here again :)

This Smitty's is not good. Slow when I went in and the quality what I got was terrible, and it was for breakfast their specialty. Omelette was microwaved till it was petrified, pancakes like a heavy hockey pucks, burnt toast, and I was the only table. Sad that the franchise doesn't hold individual locations accountable for poor performances. Probably why we are seeing less Smitty's out there.

Smitty's is a great restaurant with a large menu selection and an ability to order anywhere on the menu, meaning you can have breakfast items or any menu items can be ordered at anytime. Staff are friendly and easy to work with and deal with, being for the most part, eager to please. They are licensed and priced a little above average. They also have a seniors menu with a more reasonable pricing structure and a little smaller portions. If your food comes less than expected, the staff will make it more to your liking and expectations. A pleasing dining experience.

Great service in the lounge and restaurant. Good burgers and fries. But the pizza dough is bad. Becomes very mushy and soft when wet. And can you get good frosted mugs with a handle, not this stupid cold glasses you were your beer with?

Went there for breakfast and was very disappointed. Ordered bacon/eggs with the shredded hash browns and sausage/eggs with shredded hash browns. Both the hash browns and the bacon were cold, not even slightly warm, and the sausages were shrivelled up and barely warm. The coffee and service was good though, but not worth the $40 price we paid. Won’t be going back again.

Plenty of dining room for large parties. Food is standard for franchise, but good enough. Friendly staff. Good car park. Disabled access. Licence lounge bar. Childrens and seniors menus.

A group of us ordered 8 pounds of wings last night. So disappointing. No one got the right order and the wings had zero drummettes. Will not be going back there.

I ordered a quesadilla with a poutine and it was amaazing! The cheese curds on the poutine were nicely melted and the quesadilla was nice and full often in restaurants they’re empty and not worth the money. This meal was affordable and very filling! Thank you very much Smittys Dauphin!

We were very disappointed when visiting Smitty's for breakfast. The food was mediocre and the service was the worst. The first server was sort of OK but the one that brought the food had no clue which table we were sitting at. She complained about the heavy tray to us. We had to ask several times for a few extra napkins. Then both showed up with a small stack of napkins. When ordering I was asked what kind of hashbrowns I would like to have with my omelet, shredded or cubed. When the food arrived they forgot my hashbrowns. After reminding them they asked again shredded or cubed. Why? She wrote it down on her tablet. Then they brought me a bowl of hashbrowns that was larger than my plate for the omelet I ordered.

We had the worst meal there on SEPT 16. There was seven of us and EVERY one of the meals were served cool or cold. It was such a letdown. The ffs were cold, the turkey dinner had cold meat .The only thing hot was hot was coffee and the soup. Don't recommend it to anyone wanting a good meal .The waitress came to our table and we told her the food was cold. Never seen her again and the cashier when we told her just kept her head down and never said a word. Never going there again.

Was in for lunch, 5 staff were working, very few customers eating. Waited 5 minutes before being seated. Meal came at a reasonable time. Food was good....interior seemed to be outdated compared to other restaurants.

Apparently the lounge staff cant make drinks consistently. They seem to be RUDE. The one waitress even got in to a Fist fight with another customer what a mess. We should have been fully comped or our bill should have been discounted as we had to move off our chairs and away from our table NOT TO GET HIT.

Bad experience. Ordered eggs benedict and they came covered with something looking and tasting exactly like canned chichen soup. With really bad after taste. Almost puked. Was waiting very long for a waitress to come to ask if everything was alright. No luck. Had to signal. Send the dish back. The waitress wasn't very helpful. Didn't offer to bring menu back and order something else. So im just sitting waiting for my kid to finish his meal. Ok. No more Dauphin Smittys for me. Disgusted. I can find much better food and service for my money in Dauphin.

I have been there a number of times and although there is a lot of room the service is a little, the food is ok, nothing to get to excited about and the prices are a little more on the higher end. Dont get me wrong it is still an OK place to go but just not a place to frequent due to the price points.

My niece came to this Smittys a little while ago. She said the food was horrible, and tasted like cardboard, the staff took forever, the managers were rude to the staff. I dont think I want to eat here again. Imagine how bad this place could really be.

Restaurant was just down the street from my hotel, just off the InterState. I was sitting with a hot cup of coffee in my hand two minutes after I sat down. Breakfast was in front of me 5 minutes later. Another hot coffee for the road and I was gone. A good place to stop.
