I have eaten here over the last few months multiple times, I personally enjoy the food. I would recommend the Cajun Chicken Pomodoro, Steak bites, shrimp appetizer or the Gaucho steak. Not a fan of any salad anywhere so I don't have anything good to say about salad, I would exchange it for the Parmesan fries. There was one time the fries didn't come out with very much parm on them but the server got it fixed right away. They got a crown royal cocktail the name escapes me but it is pretty solid on a hot day, not a beer drinker but if I was the Bulldog thing looks like it would be good for the summer. Whiskey is better though. Maybe they could come up with something like that for whiskey. Never had bad service. Worth stopping in. Little heavier music would make it better but then all the family types would run, so eh.

It is not very often where I feel like I need to apologize for wasting someone's time especially when it is my waitress, and that has unfortunately been our experience this evening. As a table of only three we were seated promptly and then left in the corner to be forgotten about for the next 20 minutes. Our server finally approached our table to get our beverages with less enthusiasm then one would expect from roadkill on the side of the highway. After another half hour wait before she came back for our food order even more inconvenienced then before. When our dinner order finally arrived it left much to be desired. The chicken quesadilla was overcooked, presumably from being left under a heat lamp for an extended period of time and the yam fries came with no dipping sauce. The oscar sirloin lobster left more disappointment in our lives then I left with my parents at the age of 15. It came out cold, underseasoned and without a knife to cut it with. In true disappointing fashion of the evening we had to wait another 10 minutes before we could catch the waitresses attention with air gestures of a knife to finally get a knife to cut the steak. Lastly, the safest option on the menu; chicken fingers and fries. I am not quite sure how one an possibly manage to overcook and yet undercook french fries as badly as these were, but somehow it happened. The only positive of our whole experience was that the bacon ceaser was absolutely mixed to perfection so the bartender deserves a round of applause. Consequently a good drink did not make up for over 2 and a half hours of dissatisfaction and terribly rude service. Save your time and your hard earned money and go somewhere else, unless of course you are in to being ignored and treated like garbage; in that case Mr Mike's is the place for you.

Never had a well done filet mignon until today. Not as awful as you might think, but not good, especially when ordered medium rare (and yes I've had them done right to go before). Might have been a better experience if they at least gave me a fork or knife to eat it with. I thought that's what the place setting selection on Skip was for anyway. At least while waiting for my order I got to chuckle as the kitchen staff argued over whether onion rings belonged on the complicated order ahead of mine. I think they gave me free gravy.10% off an order if it's in the next 4 days is a bit of a slap in the face though. This was my first time at Mr. Mike's and I can't say there will be a second. Please do not reply if it will just be excuses. Thanks.

Ate Lunch at Mr Mikes in Dauphin for the first time today and everything was great. Great selection of food, really something for the pickiest of eaters, prices I felt had great value. Service was a little slow for the amount of people in the restaurant but some things are out of the managements control (It was a holiday so probably limited staff). At the end of the day the food came out hot and delicious. Do yourselves a favour and visit this great chain.

Went for lunch at Mr. Mike's Sunday afternoon.We ordered the chicken salad , the bacon mushroom burger with bruschetta and two beer. It was horrible! Chicken was burnt, the lettuce wilted and soggy. The burger tasty gamey. The bruschetta was good. My wife barely touch the salad. The waitress don't even notice the full bowl of salad when she cleared the table. We don't send food back, we just don't come back. Specially paying $60.00 for this meal.

Bad experience..Last night I ordered spinach cheese with tortillas so she served the sauce in a disgusting, messy sauce all over the burning cheese bowl all,should be cleaning first before you served right...and I ordered Steak with lobster sauce, I ordered Medium to cook but came with medium red, so I called the waiter then replaced with another steak the cook was perfect but the meat all filled with veins ???? I can't eat it..Sorry I’m not happy with that meal.

I visited Mr Mikes Steakhouse for lunch on September 6th after returning home from a weekend at Duck Mountain Provincial Park. With COVID, masks are required to enter the restaurant but can be removed once you are seated. I had the entire restaurant to myself which was nice. Being that this is a steakhouse, I was pleased to find a vegan option on their menu. I ordered the Fun Guy Burger which was the vegan burger and had a lettuce wrap as they didn't have a gluten free bun option. I had the Cascadia Salad as a side. The meal was fantastic and tasted amazing! In the future, it would be awesome to see a gluten free bun option on the menu. The serving staff were friendly and professional. They originally brought out my burger with a regular bun after I had requested a lettuce wrap, but this was promptly fixed by the kitchen. I was pleased with the service and the quality of the food. Would return again!

Well my first visit was absolutely perfect the staff was very friendly and service was super. I ordered shrimp tacos it was fast and so fresh and full of awesome flavors. They were so wonderful I went back the second night as I will tonight. I fully recommend this little hidden gem, I am away from home and I tell you they made me forget for a short while I was not at home... So if you want a awesome dinning experience head out and enjoy. First time We were there for dinner. Restaurant was not very busy. We ordered two items. One item was very good. But back ribs was awful! We tried to eat, but it was very dry and hard to swallow. We called server. She apologized and gave us several options. She was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. She made positive change of our decision. Extraordinary customer service. Food price is reasonable. Restaurant size is medium. It’s neat and clean. Washroom is ok. There are parking spots available including para parking. Highly recommend others to try this restaurant.

I’m giving 2 stars because our waiter was pleasant and my kids seemed to like their food(baby back ribs and sirloin steak-keto style). My husband took us here for my birthday yesterday and we both strongly regret ordering the pasta. I had a chicken pasta and he had a steak pasta. With the chicken, it was bland, just cut up chicken and a can of stewed tomatoes with some herbs and cheese on top. The steak in the other pasta was rubbery and chewy. These dishes should be removed from their menu that’s how flavourless they were. I was stoned and hungry and forgot the golden rule of never ordering pasta at a steak house. If you read this you have been warned, pasta bad.

Bland food. IMO (Spinach dip / steak / baked potato was all pretty bland.) Incorrect side brought out with a burger. (burger was soooooaked in grease) They replaced my side IMMEDIATELY after mentioning it was wrong, with cold fries! ???? It seemed like they had a batch of fries just laying around back there not even being kept warm she brought. Lol (oh and the funniest/slash worst part was when she gave me the fries she said here 'free of charge' instead of 'sorry about that') Everyone I talk to says Mr. Mike's is terrible and now after my first time there I would agree. Would not recommend. Go to the keg and spend the extra 10per person if you feel like steak and actually enjoy the meal. Not just being a negative Nelly... I eat good meals all the time here in fort mac...just skip this place. The owner came for an awkward chat before the meal, he should consider having his chats with tables AFTER the meal so he could get some real feed back. Complete waste of 70 bucks for food. (had no drinks)

Mr Mikes has a good atmosphere and good drinks. The food isn't super special, but it is on par with any other normal restaurant so you will be satisfied with it, but it's not really a selling point. I would recommend trying somewhere else if great food is what you're looking for, but if you just want a casual night out this is a great place.

I came in to have a nice dinner after a long day i spent at work the other day, expecting to come into an environment which was following covid rules but that was not the case. my server never said her name but she had pink streaks in her hair, her mask was not covering her nose and was made out of mesh as well, definitely not following the protocol when interacting with customers. she also had a less than welcoming attitude and seemed to be rushing out services as if she didn’t want to be helping us, definitely disappointed as i’ve had nothing but great experiences with this restaurant when being served by a different person.

Came during lunch when they only had waiter in!! She handled it so well and let me know that they’re trying their best to get to everyone but I may have to wait a little while. They eventually got another waiter in and he was super helpful! Got my order right away and was very calm and had great customer service! Both were an older gentleman and woman and they just took it so well! Food came in about 15 minutes which was perfect. I got the Mac n’ Cheese and a side of garlic Parmesan fries. Not the biggest fan of the fries. I found them very greasy and it just seemed like it was immersed in the oil. The garlic Parmesan combo was not as great as I thought it would taste but that’s just me personally. Maybe it’s cuz the Mac N Cheese already had that garlic salt taste so the fries were not complementary. Mac N Cheese was great! Ate it all and was fulfilling! Overall, my experience was wonderful and the place itself is quite nice and modern! ????

This time however, some one in our party couldn’t have cheese and this was ordered to reflect this on the online order.. after picking up and returning all the way home with it, it had cheese ☹️ Not good at all. The meal I received was very good Ordered shrooms - stuffed mushrooms ???? caps very tasty were not pipping hot able to eat without burning mouth Ribeye steak ordered to rare to med rare ???? Cooked perfectly lots of flavor topped with mushrooms ???? Stuffed bake potatoes ????- potatoe was hot and cooked through (lots of places they are still a little firm inside) ???? and beans Plate was clean at end of meal Dessert was Sticky Toffee Pudding ???? It's a good place if you're looking for something casual with friends. Food is generally pretty tasty, I LOVE the steak bites appetizer and always order it when eating here. I wouldn't recommend this place for people looking for a romantic dinner for 2 or for young kids. All in all its a good place to grab a bite or drink with friends.

Been there twice since opening and both times the food was a let down. $35 for an 8oz steak with mac and cheese, onion rings and shrimp. Steak was beautiful, mac and cheese was a tiny portion, only served 2 small onion rings, and a skewer of 5 of the smallest shrimp know to man. Second time ordered another steak Medium rare and the thing came blue rare. Love the house lager and the wait staff.

Friendly place and the service is great but the steak is never cooked properly which is unfortunate for a steakhouse. Most tables have a weird sticky finish on them even after a fresh cleaning. Accompanying this is extremely high prices so you would be best off to try another restaurant in the area.

Very nice place. The restaurant is decorated with some very nice pictures on the walls (even in the bathrooms). It wasn't too busy when I went, but the service was great! Our waitress got our order in a timely fashion, and was very accommodating and polite. She helped me chose a drink that I would like, and was happy to substitute the Spicy chicken with a different type. Our food came in a very reasonable amount of time.

I have been going to Mr Mikes for 40 years and I ordered a Mr Mike burger and fries . Worst Mike burger I ever had , done all wrong and the fries were gross . You guys need to go to Duncan bc mr mikes and see how they cook. well tried it again this time same thing mr mike burger doesnt even taste like a mike burger , bun isnt done right , no sauce on it. every was warm, lobster appetizer was warm . Ordered chicken burger and Mr Mike burger for lunch one Cesar , one app and a tea 70 dollars. This Mr Mikes gives Mr Mikes a bad rap. Try Edmonton or else where for what Mr Mikes tastes like. We will wait to go to Edmonton Mr Mikes.

Went there for lunch with my wife, our food came out really fast and our service was excellent. Lot's of parking available and the restaurant is a fair size so they could handle birthday parties etc. The decor and the pictures around you are pretty cute and funny. I had the bourbon Burger and my wife had the steak sandwich. The Burger was excellent, not soggy and the parmesan fries were on point. My enjoy her steak sandwich, it was perfectly cooked but was fan of their in house BBQ sauce ( I didn't mind it) her salad had too much salad dressing but it wasn't horrible. She enjoy it! Overall it was a great experience the managers and servers were very concerned about our dining experience which was nice!!! I'll be back for sure!

Bar was under staffed, using their waitresses to run both sides! Your only allow you to have 1 drink at a time. the wait betweens drinks on average 15 to 20 mins which is not acceptable! the bar wasnt all busy when i came in, by the time i left the bar it just finished getting packed! certain customers never got served, and were sitting for a rediculous time before they even got a drink. my suggestion quit using your waitresses to run the bar! stop being cheap and hire an actual bar tender that doesnt leave their station! If this is done i garentee your rating will increase, and your business will get better. I wasnt pleased with my experiance same with the person i was with!

Our food took forever and was cold. Our friend paid for the bill in full (for everyone) so we were going to leave cash for a tip on the table however was not finished visiting. The waitress just assumed that we were leaving her nothing and had asked us point blank why we were not leaving her a tip. In my waitressing career I would NEVER had asked anyone as to why they did not tip me. I emailed the company with my complaints and nobody ever did email me back to confirm that my email / complaint was received and would be rectified. I left my number so a manager could call me back to rectify the problem and still to this day months later nothing ….We will never be back.

I have been to several Mr Mike's locations around Canada and I can honestly say that there is no standard throughout this franchise. The food, the service and the cleanliness of this location are 5 star. If you are in the Estevan area stop by and have one of their steaks and you can decide for yourself.

I ordered a steak and shrimp. The steak came a bit more rare than I ordered. I asked about getting it cooked a bit more and the Manager (possibly owner) came over and apologized. Brought me a full fresh steak, and offered to replace my entire meal. I had no problems with everything else and I was quite happy with everything else. I honestly wasnt expecting a replacement steak and just wanted it cooked a little more. I feel they went over and above expectations.

Dinner for 8 was a fiasco! Some plates came as many as 15 minutes later than the first, side came late and were so bad that we didn't eat them at all. The waitress never smiled, did not offer coffee or dessert and was inefficient at best. The pasta dishes were dry, when we asked for more sauce, it came after some of us had finished our meal. All in all a bad experience that I will not repeat.

Went there last night with my wife. Service was great. They even made my wife's favorite drink which isn't on the menu. We both had ribeye steaks which were cooked to perfection and delicious. Possibly the best I've ever had in town. Price wasn't cheap but it's on par with what you would expect for what we ordered. Our new favorite place in town. Sad the place was empty, I hope it doesn't get forced to close.

We shared the bruschetta and each had steak sandwiches. The food was delicious, most noteworthy was the balsamic reduction with the bruschetta, it was divine! If it had cracked rock salt on it too I would've died and gone to heaven, but the food was fresh and made with care. Service was fast and efficient, our waitress was very personable and polite, she made our visit very enjoyable. We would definitely come back next time we're passing through.

Absolutely best restaurant meal I've had since covid. They came back in the game with tossing those glazed carrots and brought in fresh green beans, cooked to a perfection with still a bit of crunch to them. The keg used to offer them but switched their veggies to tomatoes now, so looks like mr.mikes is now my goto place for steak, garlic mash and green beans. I order my steak well done and no one ever gets it right without charcoaling it however this time was perfect, it wasnt dry and it wasnt pink, it was perfect.

It was good, not great. Slow service considering the restaurant was only half full. My burger was decent, but my husband ordered a rare steak and was served blue. My M-i-L ordered a medium steak and received rare. Our server took the steaks back to the kitchen and they were put back on the grill. Came back blue-rare and medium-rare. The mango chipotle chips are amazing though! I'd go again. Love the decor.

I made an order for pickup that included a can of coke, I don't usually order beverages, so I didn't realize I hadn't received it until an hour after getting my food when was craving said beverage. I called the restaurant back explaining the missing can of coke and the manager offered to drop it off at my hotel for me. I really appreciate the quality of service, even over a forgotten can of coke.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary and although both our meals tasted good my husband ended up with food poisoning. We also saw some big hairy chef in the back with a huge beard and chest hair hanging out of his tank top. My husband went back the next day to complain and was told no one gets food poisoning there, but when he went to walk in the Dr told him there were numerous patients who came in with the same complaint.

What a great experience! First time ever at Mr. Mike's and was pleasantly surprised. All the employees were extra friendly and helpful. The menu is quite varied and it took us a whole to decide, so many options, including several for vegetarians. Definitely try the Shrimp Tacos, so delicious. The manager visited our table and chatted a moment, after learning I was from Ontario and it was our first visit to a Mr. Mike's, she took our appetizer off the bill. I've never had such a nice experience. The restaurant was super clean, the portions were huge, and the food was delicious!

I ordered a salad with cajun chicken and it was DELICIOUS! it is a new place so I'll try more food later. The waitress was on point super friendly. Our starter and drinks came out fast but the starter was long gone before our meal showed up and we were taking our time. Our meals showed up and I had got the Beef Dip which although it was delicious I had to use every napkin at the table to soak up all the grease on the bottom of it before I could start eating it. The person with me got a chicken burger. It was twice the size of my sandwich. So the fact that it was same pricing as mine was surprising. Next time we go we could of easily shared the chicken burger. Joining me was a co-worker for dinner tonight. I recommended the sirloin and shrimp dinner which I've now enjoyed at Mike's for the third time. It's become a go-to platter when I'm undecided on what else to choose on their menu. Again, the "rare " steak was perfectly cooked and the shrimp were fantastic. I recommend this place over the Keg's. I've been to the Keg twice and to mr Mike's 5 times because of their steaks. Plus, our waitress was uber friendly and displayed total T,I,P,S,, "to insure proper service". And she did. We'll definitely be back again. Over and over, for your steaks and ribs

Hostess was friendly. Waitress was inattentive considering how few people were in the restaurant. Food: $43 steak was burnt. Could taste the char on every bite. Green beans that came with it were overcooked and soft. Had one and left the rest. Poutine fries were soggy and rubbery at the same time. Cajun chicken fettucini alfredo was bland, which was surprising considering that it has 3300mg of sodium in it. Overcooked noodles. Got a slice of garlic bread and it was stale, cold, and barely buttered. I bring my own to-go containers to restaurants, so I packed it up after a couple bites to take it home and add seasonings and eat it later but I have a feeling it's just going to sit there and rot in the fridge. Would have sent it all back and re-ordered but we hadn't eaten all day (by 9pm) and just wanted to eat and go home. Will not be returning.

When picking up the order, I was brushed off by two staff members and I assume the manager was doing paperwork on two guest tables. About 8 pieces of small beef that were dry and cold. Stuffed mushroom caps? Burnt and slopped into a container. Potato skins? Burnt, very thin, and cold. Artichoke and spinach dip. Not bad. Deep fried pickles. Good but pretty tough to screw that’s up. On the whole I’d say it’s very expensive for what you get. Presentation is lost for take out orders, might be different when dining in. We have had a better experience when ordering from The Brewhouse with better food at a cheaper price.

I went to this restaurant last night with some colleagues. I ordered a fish and chips that came overcooked. Clearly was done and they fried again. I asked to change the plate for chicken tenders. They took ONLY THE FISH FROM THE PLATE!!! Left a bunch of fries for me and came back after 15 minutes with a grilled chicken breast!!!! Everyone on the table had finished their dishes, so I told the waitress that I wouldn't eat anything anymore. Guess what? They charged for the fries!! I told her that it was my first and last visit to the house and she just looked at me, said "I am sorry to hear it" and never looked back. Well, here is a place that will never see my money in Fort Mac.

This place is a joke. Easily "the fanciest restaurant in Dauphin" serves $16.99 Sizzling Steak Bites "sliced and marinated stake" that looks like frozen beaded dry ribs. So chewy we threw it away. I've had the misfortune of eating at this place three times in three years and have never once had a decent meal. Save your money. Go to the 7-Eleven across the street can't go wrong with the stake fries and chicken strips! 8 and 8 for $14.

My wife and I had supper here and I ordered a mikes bacon burger and my wife had french onion soup and deep fried shrimp. My fries were great but my burger was obviously a frozen patty that's not made in house...it was oval shaped on a sub bun and it was not as good as expected..my wife liked the soup but her shrimp was cold. So as she told the waitress it was cold, the waitress grabbed a shrimp from my wife's plate and said oh your right it is cold..so my wife wanted a new order now that she actually touched it with her bare hands, the new order comes out and we both agreed that they just deep fried the same batch again, we could tell, the shrimp was rubbery and heavier and it looked like it was deep fried twice. We asked the waitress and she thought it was a new batch but went to ask the cook regardless, she said it was a new batch but we both agreed it was not...needless to say.....our dogs enjoyed the shrimp once we got home. First and last time customers to this resturant.

Poor service!!! was on lounge side and both bartender and waitress would disappear for large amount of time leaving no staff in the lounge there was a minimum of 20 people in lounge at the time......at one point friend spoke loudly asking if anyone was working here as we have been waiting for a long time to get service to receive none........ the lounge was left empty of staff at least 4 times tonight with a minimum of 10 minutes at a time (I started timing).... will avoid this place in the future when I goto dauphin and I suggest u do the same.

Steak was a bit overcooked, and when I let the employee know, they offerred to remake it, which I refused since I had already eaten about a quarter of it. They also offerred a free dessert which I declined since I was full after. Despite my refusals on their previous two offers, they still gave me a discount on my meal, which I took with gratitude. Least to say I felt taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

We ordered through skip the dishes and my boyfriend received half of a sandwich for $18 and a tablespoon of lobster he paid $8 extra for and nothing we ate was tasty it was all sadly very bland for a $70 meal. We heard from lots of peers that Mr.Mikes had been so far super disappointing but decided to be our own judge. I’d like to say we’ll try again one day but as of right now it was and is a complete waste of money. ????

Have never even been past the door. My wife and I have been turned away twice do to problems in the kitchen. 1st time we waited 25min for a table and then the owner can out and said the kitchen is slammed so even if you get a table. Your order will not be taken for 45min to 1hr. We left!!! The 2nd time we tried we walked in and were told (We just sat two large tables and are not sitting anymore for 45min and this would include the bar side) as the food comes from the same kitchen. What a f-ing joke.

If I could give them zero stars I would , was greeted fine and host was good. We sat down with only one other table being served in the restaurant and waited for over thirty minutes with still no service, not even drinks. We could hear the staff in the kitchen laughing and carrying on. As we left we noticed two more tables that were seated in the bar side after us and they had drinks. Very sad display of service, actually disgraceful. Second time trying out this restaurant, the first time was when it first opened and the service wasn very good either.

Went for a post game meal today with our girls' provincial hockey team. The restaurant was no where near capacity but it still took over two hours to get my food. What did I have that was so time consuming? Three taco shaped tortillas stuffed with small pieces of bacon, avocado and scrambled eggs. Maybe they had to go somewhere warm to pick the avocados??? First (and likely last )visit.

15 dollars for some wilted shredded lettuce, a few arugula sprigs, 5 mozzarella balls, 4 halved cherry tomatoes and a sorry excuse for onions. 1 tsp of diced soggy white onions. This place has THE WORST salads. Service was consitant but how could the server see that and actually think it was a good idea to present that dish. Visit 2. The server sneezed and didnt go wash her hands. What the f^#&$*%.

We went to Mr. Mike's for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. However, I have something that is not sitting right with me tonight. Last night my daughter and her husband were there. They as well, found the food amazing. When it was time to pay, they were paying with a gift card they had received for Christmas. The card was $100 and their bill was $75. She was asked if she wanted to pay the tip on the gift card. (First of all in my opinion a customer should not be asked to pay the tip, even though we always give a 15% tip. ) My daughter said sure, she waited for a while for the waitress to come back . When she came back, she said okay I'll take the $100 card and then your bill and tip is paid. Really??? I think if it were me I would not let it slide.

I was not impressed at all with the food service and pricing of the meal. I do not think I would return to Mr. Mike's to be honest with you. Very disappointing. Although I will add the dessert my husband had was very delicious. I ordered the rib steak beef au jus it was tough quite alot of grizzle and fat thr au just had absolutely no taste whatsoever no flavor. Thr fries were hit and tasty. I am a chef myself and although perhaps s bit more critical I also truly appreciate good food prepared for me and good service is a MUST. My husband ordered fish and chips the fish was terribly over battered and the oil was not hot enough for sure. Our friends ordered the summer platter the avocado was delicious but the steak again tough and not warm either. If I could give 0 stars.. I would. For our three steak entrees; it took about an hour and 20 minutes. I understand they just opened the week before; so we were ok with a little bit of extra wait time but 6 people (two different tables) got their meals before us; when we placed our order 15-30ish min before they arrived. My $3.00 extra of mushrooms was 6 slices of cold, barely cooked mushrooms. When I mentioned this; they brought out a saucer of extra (barely cooked) mushrooms. Two of us ordered the filet mignon which was supposed to be topped with a bacon peppercorn sauce (did not get the sauce). One steak was the gaucho ribeye which is supposed to be smoked applewood dry rub seasoned..(there was no smoked dry rub) .. honestly the steaks were not even seasoned with salt or pepper. One of the steaks was very over cooked; the other one was a tad over cooked. The server was very frazzled and forgetful and had to get flagged many times and/or come back to our table a couple of times to repeat a drink order. Unfortunately I had to ask for HP sauce for my steak.. (blasphemy I know) The HP sauce / Salt shaker was empty. During our meal, the great 'Mr Mike' came by our table to ask how everything was. When we mentioned everything as above, he got defensive and basically shrugged off our concerns / comments. The server previously mentioned we would be nicely discounted for our problems but when we received the bill; we only received 10% off the meals.. and were also charged for the baked and mashed potato for two of the entrees (even though the menu indicates it comes with a side.. ) The waiter said that was the best the owner would do for a discount. We are in Fort McMurray every other week for business and will not be back anytime soon.

So i tried not to lose it, figured they must not charge extra for this very sad poutine. Sure enough the bill comes out and it was an EXTRA $3.99 FOR THIS POUTINE! I held in every emotion i had to take it out on the server knowing very well it has nothing to do with her. Needless to say ill never be back and you can keep that $3.99.

I have been there twice since opening. Once during holidays, and just recently.The food I had ordered was delicious.But! The reservation system they have in place is pointless, both times after making reservations we had to wait for a table 25mins +. Also some staff, not all, are very slack...we were walked passed by a waiter like 6 times before a waitress came to see if we had been given drinks or ordered, she was a sweetheart. It was not busy there at all.Overall the food was great, the atmosphere is nice but some serious work to be done about there service, we wont be back for sometime...

Vegan and went to a steak house, I know, dumb. No vegan restaurants in dauphin and usually I can order from the sides and I did. Had the bruschetta and a delicious salad, both minus the cheese. Not sure if the aioli was vegan but ignorance is bliss. There is a vegan burger offered but I am sick of burgers and that is the typical vegan entree offered everywhere. Hence the 4 stars. Great service, lovely and clean place, enjoyed the food.

Absolutely terrible. Made a reservation, showed up 10 mins early, waited 20 to be seated. Ordered drinks, went to order chicken fingers for the kids (3 in the party) and were told no chicken fingers available. Upon packing up to leave we were promptly handed a cheque for the kids drinks and pop by the shift manager. Wow. Would have been appreciated to be informed prior to sitting down that there was no chicken fingers as we would not have ordered drinks. Will not return and will not recommend. Stay away.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs with a dessert cheesecake through skip the dishes. $45 dollars later I get half warm spaghetti, the cheapest little cheese garlic bread and warm cheesecake. The cheesecake was packaged in the bag with the spaghetti. This was not skip the dishes mistake, it was Mr. Mikes. On second thought it was my mistake for ordering from a unprofessional establishment. Then I called numerous times to try and tell somebody, only to get a answering machine.

CONS * Bar side was closed for staff training, so we had to go to restaurant side. * They didn't have any steak bites...weird for a Steakhouse ???? * I didn't care for the mini burgers... Generic frozen patties. COMMENTS * Hand-pressed patties would be a great improvement to the burger. * The place had only been in operation for a short period of time, so I think there will be improvments with time. Therefore, I will go back to have more mushroom caps and try the Asian foods on the menu.

I've been there a couple times first couple times I was there was when they first opened I just figured they were slow cause it's new and confusing.. but I was just there last night . We had 12 people they tried to accommodate us which I appreciate but it was crammed and we just wanted to.move one table but that wasn't allowed had to keep it open for other walk ins I guess.. so instead we get moved to a bigger table after that wasn't cleaned we cleaned it our self. But it was only an eight person table so four other people had to sit at a different table.. any who we got there at 6 didn't get our food til 815 and that whole time she came around twice to me for drinks . That's pretty in professional to be that slow litterly every time you go in
