If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. Pre ordered the Samsung S20 Ultra with the Galaxy+ pods for free. I even confirmed twice through email the payment, phone etc. I get a call that my S20 is in. Not the Ultra. I had specifically asked for the Ultra. I ask that they honor the price they qouted me. The agent said she couldnt do that. I asked to get a manager via email. The manager wouldnt contact me back, apologize or do anything to help me. This is the worst customer service I've had to date in Dauphin. I'm surprised Bell MTS hasnt done anything to rectify this. Not only was I asked to spend 30 bucks a month more for the same phone, I lost out on the pre order free ear buds becuase of their mistake. This store not only cost me time, but also frustration and money. You couldnt pay me to deal with them again.

They were supposed to hook up my service but never showed up or called, I just wasted a day sitting around for nothing. Then when I tried to contact them the chat sent me to a phone number, the phone number disconnected me and the second chat after taking all my info and making wait came back saying he had the info in needed..... The office is closed call back tomorrow. Because he needed all my info to tell me the office is closed. What clowns are running the customer service here!?

Became BellMTS when Bell bought out Manitoba Telecomunication Systems. Not much changed. If you need a land line service it's the place to go. TV service in selected districts. Good selection of cell phones. As good a cell phone and internet service as any other company. Offer a bundled deal for four or more sevices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Online store.

DO NOT go here to have your phone/internet hooked up. Went in, took over an hour to have phone and internet hooked up in my house, lost my info 3 times and had to start over, 3 times they asked and I told them what long distance package package I wanted. 3 weeks later tech shows up to install internet only. He was very helpful and hooked up the phone. A few days later, after making several long distance phone calls, I called to make sure I was on the long distance plan. Was told I was not on a plan, that the plan they told me 3 times I could get was not available in my area.

Amazing experience, very kind staff and helped me with my problems quickly, the staff made getting a new phone after mine was broken was super easy and quick. i suggest going in the morning around 9:30-10 to not have to wait :)
