As always Woofeys pet foods lives up to high expectations. All the staff is friendly, very knowledgeable about everything and very helpful. Most of the food is similarly priced as the other chain pet food stores but they have a better selection of treats and other pet products. They also have quality food brands other stores don't carry. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality pet products..... It's important to support local businesses.

Great and friendly staff, always willing to help when needed and don’t push products on you like I’ve experienced elsewhere. They even let me and the wife open the box for a water fountain to check it out and are willing to take back and exchange unopened food if you bought more than one and your pet doesn’t like it.

Woofy's is a Vancouver Island based business, the owners are locals. For this reason alone I like to support the business. But... the selection is excellent, prices competitive, unique sale promotions throughout the year, and often you can find those items there that you cannot purchase elsewhere. Plus they have a Woofy's punch card, which when full entitles you to $10.00 OFF your purchase. Woofy's is a excellent store - no matter the location.

Girls are knowledgeable and friendly! Chloe loves Royal Canin hairball food and her hacking has almost diminished completely and I also love the walnut shell cat litter. There is very little odor now and no dust!!

I wasn't warned that the dog wash station wasn't operating correctly at the Ryan Road location before I paid. On my arrival the manager and an employee were examining the inner workings of the dog wash station and neither warned me it was malfunctioning. Both the soap and conditioner wouldn't work and the water was far too cold! I left with a shivering dog that was barely cleaner than when we arrived. I was not given a refund, only told that a "free" wash would be made available at the Comox location. I left my contact information and still have not had any response from them. I am disappointed on many levels and miss the previous management under Mike and Kim Trimble immensely.
