Wakame salad tasted like garbage. Miso soup was too watery, tasted like nothing. Sushi rice was hard and not cooked enough. Sushi fish was okay, but nothing extraordinary regarding its freshness. The delivery came 30min late and they even managed to forget some items in my order. I would have got better sushis by buying the crappy stuff sold at any grocery store. Not very good and definitely too expensive for the quality of what we got.

Hands-down the worst service. The sushi was really below average, and they don’t offer many options for combos. The delivery guy was the rudest person I have ever encountered, had I not order through a website I would’ve tipped him zero dollars.do not buy sushi here, you will definitely regret it. Also, I specifically asked for NO wasabi and they gave me literally a giant ball of wasabi that looked disgusting

Food is great but delivery is sometimes horrible. After waiting one hour, I called. The food was already in transit. 45 minutes later, it shows up. My tempura was soggy and cold. I only live 12 minutes away. This is the second time this type of wait has happened( nearly 2 hrs). An hour is the average.

My go-to sushi place, they are kind people, good value and thier simplest avocado roll is always fresh and perfectly ripen. ???? you can also trust the "choix du chef", I've had good selections, very nice when you don't know what to order or want to discover new flavors~

I didn't have much hope when I went in but was positively surprised! The staff was so great with my children and prepared them chopsticks easier for them to use. Kids were really happy! Sushi was ok and price was very good. Place is clean. Will return if in the area again

The service VERY impersonal LEAVE REALLY TO DESIRE ... To have gone forty times in the last 9 months, I was especially disappointed with the service ... The service is fast, but far from "generous". For example, one day, taking a 14 piece to go, I asked for a container of soy sauce extra. They charged me $ 0.50 for something they offer for free on the table, by default, to all guests. The clerk explained to me that they had to charge me the cost of the container (which is worth 1/2 cent to cost ... not 50). Recently, I arrived at 15:07 and ordered a 14 pieces. They charged me the evening price, because I was 7 minutes outside of lunch time. As if the employee was not able to recognize a regular customer in front of him ... In short, small details that make, as a customer, even as a hyper-regular customer, we are treated anonymously, as in the big chains of restoration. I will not stay there again, for the simple reason that there are plenty of nice little local restaurants around that still treat guests like humans, not numbers. (Original) Cet endroit est correct. Par exemple, un jour, en prenant un 14 morceaux pour emporter, j’ai demandé un contenant de sauce soya en extra. Ils m’ont chargé 0,50$ pour quelque chose qu’ils offrent gratuitement sur la table, par défaut, à tous les clients. Le commis m’a expliqué qu’il fallait qu’ils me charge le coût du contenant (qui vaut 1/2 cent au cost… pas 50). Récemment, je suis arrivé à 15h07 et j’ai commandé un 14 morceaux. Ils m’ont chargé le prix du soir, parce que j’étais 7 minutes en dehors de l’heure du midi. Comme si l’employé n’était pas capable de reconnaître un client régulier en face de lui… Bref, des petits détails qui font que, en tant que client, même en tant que client hyper-régulier, on est traité anonymement, comme chez les grandes chaînes de restauration. Je n’y retournerai plus, pour la simple et bonne raison qu’il y a tout plein de petits restaurants locaux chouettes autour qui traitent ENCORE les clients comme des humains, et non comme des numéros.

When I went to pick up my order of about 100$ worth of sushi and asked the guy about the promotion they have (when you spend over 20 and 35$ you get a roll) and why he didn’t apply it on my bill, he said it was my fault that I did not ask on the phone specifically for it prior to pick up... like if it makes any sense..The employee blamed it on me of not being smart enough to have asked in advance on the phone. Customer service sucks.

Wasabi Sushi is a small, low-key sushi restaurant on Queen Mary, located near Snowdon metro station. They offer take-away food but also have a dining area with table service. The fare is simple but good - they have a few soups, salads, and starters, and offer a variety of sushis (hosomaki, maki, futomaki, nigiri, sashimi, fried options), rice paper rolls, and poke bowls. There are also a few desserts available. Lunch specials are much cheaper. Service is quick and polite, and complimentary mineral water is provided. There are also a few vegetarian/vegan options. A veggie person can definitely get a good meal there. I had their wakame salad, avocado hosomaki, and tofu hosomaki (6 pcs each). The food was quite good, and it came to 15.66$ including tax and tips. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for decent sushi near Snowdon for a reasonable price.

Ordered a chef's choice plate and delivery came very quick but not impressed with the selection or tastiness of the food, especially for the price. Also no chopsticks included; quel horreur. Decent sushi but you can find better for a lower price in the area. Also the Blue Jays are not playing great and I understand it isn't the restaurants' fault but it definitely doesn't help. edit: Actually, I just found TWO sets of chopsticks. The sushi came double bagged so it was in the other bag. Well! Don't I feel sheepish now. If I could give half stars I would give half a star just for the trouble. But as it stands I can only give a half star in spirit. I'm still not super satisfied but I'm not angry or anything. Maybe they were just having a bad day. As the Jays proved today, you can't hit it out of the park every time you step up to the plate. Good luck Wasabi.

This is my go to sushi spot! I don't really eat out, but when i do, it's sushi :) I've eaten there about 20 times and the rolls are consistently huge and delicious. Good quality fish, tasty and creative rolls with more filling than rice. I've only eaten in the restaurant once so i can't rate customer service, but pure food taste is 10/10

Absolutely loved it! I ordered 2 Chef Specialty Sushi Rolls (highly recommend the Jade roll it was delicious) and a combo platter. Often times when I order a combo platter they give you the cheapest menu options, this was not the case here, they gave me a nice variety and mix of standard and more fancy rolls which I truly appreciated and enjoyed. Food was fresh, well presented, nicely packaged, they included a generous amount of sauces, ginger & wasabi too! Highly recommend, really great value as well. I've ordered from a few different highly rates sushi places and so far this was the best one!

After 1 hour and 15 minutes instead promissed 45 minutes ( it takes couple blocks 10 minute's driving I got mitsu soup with 2 worms probably from mushrooms And instead dinner I had a vomit attack But when I called to talk they said they couldn't hear me Service and food was terrible I guess there is only price is high at that place !!!

My dasher went to your store to pick up my order that you had confirmed only to find out it was closed. Very disrespectful. Big waste of my time I can only assume the food is as bad as the service.
