After a blackout kept my lure order from going through initially, I called and communicated my situation to the owner of the company that I needed the baits for a vacation I was to leave for later in the week. The owner was very helpful and considerate and made the order ASAP so he could mail it out next day and I would get it in time for vacation. A very exemplary way to run a business.
