NotSoFreshCo...Numerous times now I've come home to realise what was just bought from this store has expired long ago. A fruit drink bought in April 2018, had an expiration date of August 2017. Please verify expiry dates on all products before proceeding to the checkout. And double check that receipt for pricing errors.

One of the cheapest grocery store in town. In close proximity to the Industrial Park, so good place to shop after finishing work. Their fresh meat department lacks in quality and quantity, but frozen department makes up for it. FreshCo is owned by Sobeys, which is owned by Empire Company which also owns, IGA, Safeway, Provigo and Thrifty Foods to name a few.

Giving 1-star because there isn't a "no star" option. By far the WORST customer service I have encountered. Staff are rude, improperly trained and that's WHEN you can actually find someone to help. Every time I go I have nothing but issues. They change their policies more frequently than they change their underwear so to speak. Forget even trying to coupon or price match there. Dishonest and disgusting.

the store is ok, the variety of fruits and vegetables are nice but a lot of the time (grapes especially) are either rotted or too soft to be sold or bought.the cheeses and salads are weirdly placed and hard to find, the ails are basic and small very crammed with a cart, speaking of carts, if your going in to only get a few things there are normally no small carts there constantly taken or left outside in random areas of the parking lot and the staff doesn't pick them up till around lunch and after the day and sometimes not at all. very small variety of pet care items as well as eggs they literally only have one selection / brand of eggs. there constantly under stocked with many items especially ones on sale at the time, the prices are ok and normally you can find things that would be expensive at other stores for only 3 dollars or less, the check out lines get massive and extremely long to the point of not being able to get by them, this is a result of them not opening up more then one cash at a time and a lot of the time they have customers arguing because sometimes they only open the cash where you can take a limited amount of items, the people are terrible at price matching and very dishonest when it comes down to it, there is a lady that has worked there since opening (im pretty sure) every time i go to her cash shes rude impolite and makes snarly remarks, id gone there once and had a few too many items so i was there a bit after closing time, which even in Walmart is tolerable if your doing a large amount of groceries, i was with my mom at the time and we were price matching with a different girl she was nice but you could tell she was knew, while price matching the woman who had been there since opening walked over and started helping the young lady which is fine,( by the way if your wondering who she is she wears a banana around her head all the time ) at one point while price matching she said we could not price match an item because it is not on the list of items that could be price matched, we showed her that yes it could be and t was selected variety, she got angry and left the girl to do it and got her boss, my mom walked off to grab something quickly and she told the boss that she wanted us out and that we were "running around and being rude to her" so the boss went and got my mom and he helped us, all and all an ok store but the staff is unreliable.

This store is in a good place that's easy to get to from several different entrances, has good stores and services in the same plaza, and ample parking. The prices are good - there are a couple of items that are permanently priced much lower than all the other area stores, so I buy them only at FreshCo. The staff has always been very friendly to me, and I hope they're treated well by the company. Subtracting a half star because several times I've visited to find that an item I need is out of stock (staple items like large eggs or half and half, or produce like zucchini or lettuce). Subtracting another half star because there are often long lines and too few cash registers open.

i bought a pack of sleeman beer, 6 cans tall boy yesterday, today when i try to open the 4th one in the plastic wrapping, it is empty, i saw a crack hole at the bottom of it, and little rusty there, then i realized it leaking out long time ago. i came back to store and want to talk to custom service, the store ladies are very rude, asked me to line up the casher*, when my turn comes, then the ladies told me that come back tomorrow, she said the store manage is not here today. i feel really disgusting for services like this, bad attitude and no patient for customer. i will not shopping at this store any more. only one can of beer, i bought 6 of it, now i got 5 only, that's why i came back, just want to be fair for the shopping, never know this store services like this, specially the attitudes of ladies, make me feel sick of it. the management has big problems.

Cresskill here and Cornwall Ontario it's a good spot to shop they have a lot of good deals on when they have their sales that's the reason why I like going there I recommend anybody to go there because you didn't pick up some pretty good deals when stuff is on sale Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year the other staff

Terrible prices especially on meat. Vegetables look rotten. Chicken had a green tinge to it. I don't know how this place is able to operate with all these issues

Beware of freshco new prices. Seems like freshco is getting rid of a lot of lower price items for more expensive priced items. Example Signal bread $2.27 now compliment bread $2.99 Seems like they will not be the cheapest in Cornwall anymore. Looks like its time to check no frills again. Sad freshco was so close and hand but if they are going to rip customers off with all new higher prices we will have to shop elsewhere. Seems like the days at freshco with cheap prices are numbered. Just keep and eye on the prices you will see what i mean new products higher prices.

Almost never has flyer feature sale items past the first few hours on the first day of the flyer and usually puts a more expensive alternative in its place. I have gone there 30 plus times for main flyer items and they might of had 3-4 times.

I was shopping in your store yesterday and I seen a lot of couples shopping. There should only be 1 person going in to do the shopping for the family. Also only have every second cash open. There is no way you can keep a distance between customers the way you are set up. Not safe to shop at your store for the time being!

Bought two pork cottage rolls two days ago on special. One did not have a store sticker on it so I gave it back to the cashier who called someone from the meat dept. to put a sticker on it. I paid my groceries and went back home only to realize that the cottage roll was double the price of the one that I had on special. I returned to the store and explained the problem to the cashier who called the lady from the meat dept., who called Jordan, the owner of the store. Jordan explained to me how the mistake happened and she said that because I had to come back to the store and the inconvenience she would let me have that piece of meat FREE. I was so surprised and happy! Thank you so much Jordan, you are an ACE and also thank you LoriAnn (cashier) who gave me back the full amount of money for that pork cottage roll.

The food is fresh and there are many foods there that can't be found at most grocery stores. Prices seem to be higher than other stores, but they do price match. I don't like the layout, it's very confusing.
