The location is small, not like the larger book stores in bigger cities. It's strictly a book store, doesn't have extras like, integrated coffee shop or designated areas to sit down with a book. However the employees are very helpful and friendly.

I love Coles bookstore at the Cornwall Sq. They have all kinds of books and for all ages. They have books for learning and teaching children to read, write, math and also to teach children how to cook.

Alway's has great selection selection's. Games to art to calligraphy to the obscure like tarot and alien's. I often get lost in the graphic comic book section(Nostalgic moments). The staff is mostly accessible and accommodating. A little evasive in trying to retrieve plum points or use them. Also if your going to offer a "85$" blanket at a discount because I spent over 50$. It would be nice if it was worth that. My apologies but it looked like it came from discontinued brand or from a flea market and artificially raised the price to make people think theire getting a deal. You could tell the clerk behind the register was trained to make client's "feel" the blankets(Pressure tactics mutch). Overall I like the store layout and sections are clearly marked. I enjoy being able to get lost in some section and come out with over 500$ worth of stuff. It's nice to be able to physically touch a book and fresh smell of the pages when you turn them.

People in the store were awesome, but when I made a purchase I bought plum plus as well and the cashier never told me that I wouldn’t receive the 8,500 plum points that comes with it! I feel like that should be a given to tell the customer

Lots of stories even dirty ones. Witch Craft, Hell's Angels, to Justin Trudeau story. Many just cut in half for the garbage. Still can read if pieced together. Janitorial is great.

They know my face from my many visits. Super friendly staff, great selection, and if there's ever a book missing from their shelves, they are more than happy to order it for you. This is a nice store as bookstores go but I didn't find much variety on the day I went. I couldn't find any of my authors on the shelves and commented as such when asked if I needed assistance. I was told that the stores rotate their stock every 2 weeks and maybe I was just there at a time when mine weren't available. Oh well.
