All the staff at Rugged Edge are very friendly and helpful. The rental I had was in excellent shape. Despite some (unrelated to Rugged Edge) issues that ended our day on the trails early, they were very accommodating and made the whole situation much more pleasant. Can't say enough good things. I'll be back next year for sure.

I called to purchase an atv off them was told they would call me back in 15 minutes, over the next 6 hours I called 4 more times everytime the sales man had just run out. I finally got hold of the guy said I want this vehicle and he took my info to call me back the next day to complete the deal. 5pm the next day I called him again as I was sick of waiting, got the deal finalized and was told it would ship the next day, 5 days later the atv was still not here but i got hold of the shipping company and made arrangements to get it immediately. They hadn't even changed the oil, and as of yet haven't responded to me in the last couple days. Worst customer service ever.

Very disappointed in the salesman that sold me my machine. Over the phone he told me machine was in mint condition with no cracks in plastic and that machine has been fully serviced for start of season. So I bought it. When I went to pick up machine it had 3 different cracks in plastics and a few rust spots that couldn't be seen in pics that he sent. I took machine anyway even though I was disappointed. Then when I get it home I check oil and discover that the oil wasn't changed still had old oil filter and dirty oil nothing had been greased. It will be last machine I buy from such a dishonest bunch.
