What a gem of a place. Allow yourself an hour to peruse the used books section, a variety of hardcovers and paperbacks ranging from local history to classics such as Dante's Inferno. Be sure to check out the other memorabilia that the store has to offer as well.

Lucas Giffin

Super cool place to check out. It's great mix of antiques. Some of the areas are controlled chaos in terms of organization but it kinda made it feel like a treasure hunt. I never knew what I was going to find next.

John Hodge

Leeann is warm, friendly, funny, genuine, a wealth of knowledge, hospitable, obliging, sunny and worth driving to Corner Brook just to meet her. DO NOT MISS THIS STORE/MUSEUM/EXPERIENCE. The young fellas at the Corner Brook Visitor Centre kind of mentioned off hand it was a place one could go for souvenirs. They should REALLY PLUG THIS PLACE AS A MUST stop on anyone's visit to Western Newfoundland. Go out of your way to go to Corner Brook and visit this place. Great prices, hidden gems, aa bit of absolutely everything. Not your typical tacky, overpriced gift shop. Unique. Lots of history. We spent 2 hours here browsing, exploring and listening to Leeann regale us with Newfoundland stories, history, information...she is a delight.

I've been going to this store for many years and it's one of those stores that you never know what you might find. Usually my mom and I will pick up odds and ends, but always see/buy something we never expected. I go to Cornerbrook once a year driving from Stephenville, and I always try to go to this store. Word of precaution, there is always a cat or dog in the store (very friendly), but if you are allergic then best of luck to you!

Stella Iu

Great place full of interesting knick knacks and Newfoundland memorabilia. If you're looking for old vinyl records books or magazines, this is the spot. If you're looking for popsicle stick art, they have it here. If you're looking for the run of the mill Newfoundland tourist souvenirs, go elsewhere. 4 levels of very intriging items, almost all with its own story.

Excellent place to bugs from all over the world. Should see at lest once if in the vicinity.

Not exactly what I had expected. Had hoped to find a great place full of handmade Newfoundland crafts and authentic souvenirs. Unfortunately for me, it was more like an antique store/pawn shop. Very crammed with items, but I'm sure with time and patience you could find some gems. Prices seemed reasonable enough.

Richard G

Mostly the same tourist stuff found in other shops. Neat old cat lives here.

Kevin Neal

Found a book in this store that I have been looking for for some time. It was part of a bundle and the girl was nice enough to remove it from the bundle and let me buy it individually. Great customer service.

Great place for souvenirs, and it fully embodies Newfoundland! We wanted to come in just for a keychain but stayed to look at all the cool things they had there. The owner is so friendly, he's happy to help with anything. When we were testing out an instrument he started playing the spoons along with it. They have pirate treasure for kids to take a piece, as well as little boxes of free rocks and shells for them to discover and pick their favorite. Last nut not least the owner brings his Newfoundland dog and has him tied on in the store! Super calm, friendly dog that loves scratches. I'm a naitive to NL, but I still enjoy the asthetic of this gift shop
