The staff was extremely rude during out last experiences in their drive through. They didn't not inform us at the start of the interaction that debit machines were down and before we had finished ordering they simply shoved the terminal in our faces.

There is a launguage barrier at the drive thru speaker so you have to order at drive thru window which make it a very long wait !!!!!!

Worst KFC ever eaten. Even in my country, where KFC isnt so good, its better than this. Besides being pricy for no reason, The food is of really bad quality (except for the fries). Very disappointed..

Ok I did an online order for pickup. I figured it would be about 15-20 minutes. Went in to get order and it wasn't ready yet. I watched as 4 other people walked in and placed their orders and got them before I did. I waited an extra 20 mins before I got min. I get my order home and find the Pepsi not there. The fries cold. I tried calling the location and no answer. I'm not expressed.

This place is a gamble. The drive thru doesn't always work, they rarely have lettuce for their burgers, and the employees often have poor attitudes and health practices. We've even received burgers without both buns. 20% chance of a good experience.

It was ok. What happened to the gravy? Every other KFC sells original gravy. Corner Brook KFC sells thick taupe water and charges full price for gravy. I'd go more often if they made their products to KFC specifications.

It's KFC...it's greasy basic chicken meals, if that's why you like then you'll probably be satisfied, fairly cheap prices on most meals I've had here.

Order wasn't right! Had two Ultimate meals! Asked for no thighs for one of them! Got thighs on both! Asked for salt, vinegar and ketchup and didn't get any! Very slow being served and they didn't seem organized!

I ordered a big crunch and a zinger meal and a box of chicken strips and popcorn chicken from KFC in corner Brook. All the chicken who is extremely greasy and was dark and very hard to chew, it looks like they just warmed up what they already had done at the beginning of the day and just gave it to me; absolutely put no effort in giving me a half decent meal. I found a hair in my soft drink that I ordered from KFC, The employees do not wear A hairnet to cover the hair and I ended up finding one inside my soft drink that I was about to drink. I called the manager of KFC for a refund and he said he will give me a refund, but it’s a matter of principle; in these days employees have to be very careful and give fresh food and make sure everything is clean. This has been the worst service I have received from any fast food joint and I can gladly say I will not be returning there.

Constantly changing what you can and can't substitute in their meals...watched 2 sets of customers behind one another ask for the same menu item with substitutions.. One was allowed and the next was not.. Food is hit or miss... Some days it's spot on while others it's not fit to eat... No consistently...

Order Date: Apr 09, 2015, around 7:00PM Not good...Ordered a 14 piece bucket of all white meat and got a 12 piece bucket of thighs and legs, some of the pieces looked like they were in the fryer for days and inedible...The drive thru guy looked like he was stoned and didnt know he was in the world or not, every time I asked something he was like, "uh, duh, mmm, yeah I think". I knew I should have bolted then but it was already paid for. Last time I went to the KFC in Corner Brook before this was about 4 months ago and I ordered the sane thing 14 pieces of all white meat and I got the regular bucket, almost all dark meat. Seems like if you ask for all white meat it pisses them off... Paying extra for white meat and getting the fryer clean out is not going to cut it, you are dead to me KFC!!! I wanted to give it a zero star review but it wouldnt let me :(

Make sure to always check your bags if you’re order to go. Second time they’ve messed up my order; first occasion was that they forgot to give me my geavy, second time they forgot to give me a poutine’d fries as well as messing up the toppings on my sandwich. Should not have to drive all the way back down to have things replaced/fixed that were paid for. Staff need to pay attention to their chits better. Just ridiculous.
