I love this cycle shop. Locally owned and operated. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they've got all solutions for your cycling needs. Realllyyyy, they do! Rentals, sales, guided tours, gear, swag, vision, wisdom (ha ha) anything and everything you can think of... Cycle Solutions has it. Plus, it's located rigggghhhttt next to Brewed Awakening! So you can even grab a snack or a coffee during your shopping experience. ????

Went here to get a gift card and a few things for my step sons bike. The staff was rude and didn't even try to help. I asked for something and he pointed me to a locked cabinet upstairs and didn't even offer to help. Waited for help to get what I wanted from said cabinet but he just continued on helping what seemed to be his regular customers. Maybe treat everyone equally. I'll never go here again and I will definitely tell people to avoid this business and order online, it would be cheaper than the prices at this place. You don't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give you.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. The persons that work there have THE WORST type of customer service. I wanted to rent a bike twice there and is always the same type of attitude. Man... do not even bother to deal with this people. I just imagine how the tours are.

Awesome bike shop with friendly staff and a great selection of gear and bikes to buy and rent. The coffee shop out front is great too! I did a tour with Dru who was an excellent guide. We did a mix of easy and moderate trails (greens, blues and the occasional black) but the tour guides will be sure to bring you to trails that meet your ability. The full tour plus premium rental was not cheap ($188.00) but the tour was a great way to learn the local trails with a guide who knows his stuff! Despite the price I would highly recommend!

Excellent service and advise. Wide range of parts and bikes available as well as accessories. Short stock on used bikes for obvious reasons but they may be having a trade up sale soon which could increase their used stock. Not sure. Call and ask. Also excellent coffee literally steps away because it's the same people.

Also the second bike rental was a pleasure. After the E-Bike last week, which worked well, I rent a Hardtail yesterday to explore the exciting bike trails in the Corner Brook area. They checked the bike in front of my eyes an handed lock, repair kit and helmet. The bike worked very good. Even the tire pressure was adjusted perfectly. Fortunately, I was allowed to grab a shower there afterwards, which isn't self evident. I loved their easygoing, friendly and professional service. There is also a coffee shop connected to the store. So you can have a coffee and shop at the same time. By the way the development and maintenance of the bike trail system in Corner Brook is also managed by cycle solutions. This fact encouraged me even more to shop there, being aware supporting a positive movement. Thank you for the fantastic trails. I really enjoyed them.
