Garbage company. Took my battery backup, then gave me a different one and charged. E for it. Then had tech issues and replaced my modem and took the battery with it. They also cut my phone calls after 2 hours because you’re ‘tying up their lines’. I paid for service and didn’t expect that to happen. After 6 tech visits and about 40 calls in I cancelled the service.
