Absolute garbage. Closed at 10:00pm on a Saturday when posted hours are until 12:30am. I can understand closing 20-30 minutes in advance due to workflow, but 2.5 hours is 200% unacceptable.

We had gravy that tasted like hand sanitizer. I had to ask for an exchange which I promptly returned for the same reason. They just took the container back, said it was all alike and and didn't offer a refund. It was terrible.

As usual, the food was delicious. What I didn't realise was that if you order the burger that's on special, you have to pay full price for everything else. Which means that even if the sign says "complete your meal" with onion rings for one price, you'll end up paying for your onion rings and root beer individually. So I ended up paying $1.20 more than what the sign said my combo should have cost. Still got the combo for cheaper, but they should be explaining this stuff up front. Oh Well!

Went threw the drive threw to order burgers at first they only took the one order and didnt let us finish the order then after haveing to repeat 6 times what I didnt want on my burgers I go to the window to pay for them and total didnt hear the price ....when asking again for the price of the order I was told to drive away if I didnt understand her so I ask to speak to manger and she told me off about not being able to understand her employees and was told to drive away with out my order ....if you are going to have forners take orders in your drive threw be sure u have a translator or aless someone who can talk and understand english ....should not have to repeat my order 6 times befour its understood

Coffee was ice cold. Bacon and egger was cold and zero thought or care went into preparation of that meal. Soggy hashbrown.. even the napkins were balled up and then tossed in. Horrible.

Ordered 2 Beyond Meat burgers on August 4th at 10pm and they were both beef. I went back and was ensured that they were Beyond Meat, but they tasted and looked nothing like the vegan burger. I went back a second time and they still said they were Beyond Meat but would make two new burgers. The new burgers looked and tasted completely different from the first two and were definitely the same as the Beyond Meat burgers I had tried before. I took the staff's word but I should've taken the refund. Don't go here for the "vegan" burgers.

I love this place it's always so welcoming and you really get that old diner feel but something this restaurant has failed to do is give me a frosted glass every time i eat at a&w my glass is never frosted and it makes me feel like im not important as a customer and i pay attention to detail if its in the commercial it should be done in the store.

The food is pretty good, however if you plan to eat out for a late night snack, be aware that they may be closed before their advertised closing time. From my experience, they tend to close sometime between 11:00 and 11:30 PM on weekdays.

Really good burger and the fries were amazing. We went in around 9PM and great service. But when it's all said and done. I do strongly believe you should get one sauce per meal and if you wanted more you can pay the extra fee. Maybe it should be something you can think about doing.

Specifically ordered a beyond beef burger and watched the cashier ring it up as such. Got the burger, bit into it to find an undercooked BEEF patty. Had to spit it out and throw it all away. If you're going to be selling beyond beef products there has to be better quality control.

I love A&W but not this particular place. While waiting next in line knowing I wanted two full breakfast orders, they decide to change the sign to the afternoon menu exactly on the hour. They could have very easily made two full breakfasts as I was the only one left in line. If my two friends ahead of me hadn't already ordered, I would have walked out. Also, to top things off, the staff who were preparing the food, did not wear gloves as mandatory. That was disgusting. I will never go back to that place and neither will the people who were in my group.

Hit or miss depending on who is working. Some of the morning staff can be rude but I find the students that work there on the evenings and weekends are very pleasant and friendly. Love that you can use mobile coupons as well.

i love your burgers. but my resent visit in corner brook newfoundland turned my stomach .. your staff no nets on their heads hair everywhere . the kitchen staff no gloves preparrred my food with bare hands tuened my stomach. i asked the counter guy why tthey do not wear gloves the kitchen he said it was to hot,, brought the food home told my husband and he threw it in the garbage, neither one of use could eat from your restraunt. i was so grossed out we ended up going out for piza, i was going to rate this exsperience a 0 but i was not able to

The food tastes delicious, best fast food burgers around hands down. They frequently get orders wrong which is annoying as the food is expensive, but I believe that's most likely the managers fault from the rumors I've heard. If you aren't picky about what you want on your food and like it as advertised, I think you'll enjoy it.

I drive to A&W in Stephenville or Deer Lake rather than eat at the Corner Brook location. They need interior upgrades and employees who show passion in their work. I dont feel comfortable with some of the employees I've seen making my food.

Very dissatisfied. My breakfast sandwich was burnt completely. I realized this once I arrived at my home and had to drive back to the restaurant. While they replaced the sandwich swiftly, it was not a great experience.
