Do not bring your pit bull here, we tried to buy a muzzle for ours. Our trainer recommend this place for us to buy a muzzle, so we could do muzzle training with our dog. The older associate tried to force a muzzle on our dogs face, after we told her it's not a good idea to get down on her level. She ignored us and forced the muzzle on our dog, agravating our dog. Then had the audacity to tell us our dog was dangerous! She told us there is no way she would sell us a muzzle. It's not your job to agravate customers and their dogs!

Every time I enter this store I am immediately greeted, with a smile, by at least one of the amazing staff members. They are exceptionally helpful, providing advice when needed and sharing their extensive knowledge of the products they sell and the ingredients in them. I have the most picky little Chihuahua EVER and have wasted at least $250 on foods that she will love one day and turn her little nose up at, the next. The staff at Oly's have gone above and beyond to provide me with many, many samples of foods and treats so that I can try them before I spend any more money. Oly's staff are not just in it for the money. They truly care about each beloved pet and the people that cherish them. They don't have as much of a selection as a big chain store but what they have is top quality for a fair price. They are also a satellite adoption centre for the SPCA. You cannot buy, and will NEVER find, a puppy mill puppy there. They care about animals too much to sell pets. No one should be allowed to sell pets, in my opinion. There are far too many lovely fur babies out there that are already searching for their furever home and Oly's helps with that cause. Oly's will always be my 1st choice and I would highly recommend them to everyone. After all, if it wasn't for Oly's, I wouldn't have the love of my life...my adorable little Chihuahua, Sweet Pea. Thanks, Oly's. Because of you, I wake up with a smile every day.

My wife and I have been shopping at Oly's for quite a few years, at least 6, since we acquired our last rescued cat. Since then we've rescued 2 rabbits, which we have utilized Oly's inventory to help raise, feed and care for. We're very impressed with the items available for a wide variety of pets, as well as the knowledgeable and caring staff that are always enthusiastic and cheerful every time we enter. Great food and toy selection available, as well as the ability to order in anything not currently in inventory. Highly recommend any pet owners to at least give or a try, its worth it!

So I researched and found a good healthy brand for him and I searched online of what store carry’s it and Ollie’s pet connection had it in stock so I went in and checked the price and everything the nice lady asked if I needed any help or information so I mentioned I’m changing my dog’s food to something healthier and natural so she asked me the breed of my dog and educated me on what type of food he likes and pointed me to the right brand that would benefit my dog. It was far from what I expected going in there!. Thanks so much it makes my day when I encounter genuinely good people who actually take the time to help you.. exceptional customer service. They were very helpful in finding a dog food that works for my pup's myriad of food sensitivities, and offered some advice and options on how to expand her very limited diet. Prices are reasonable for the high quality brands they carry. All employees were kind but not overtly affectionate with my dog, which was a relief, because she is shy and is often spooked by direct affection (having her head patted without warning).

They remember the food my dog eats and they have a great selection of quality dog and cat food. Friendly and helpful staff. They have food, treats and toys for all animals I've ever had. Not the cheapest place to shop but the quality is worth what you pay. It's NOT so expensive that it's unaffordable. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable when my cat was getting older and having digestive problems. I've always had good service here and I've never heard of any complaints from others so I highly recommend them.

Been here before and purchased food and toys very nice staff but today called in to let them know that two horns i purchased could have severally hirt my dogs . They chewed on them for about an hour and the sharp pieces that came off would have ripped there insides . The person who answered the call said sorry to hear but your dogs are probably to strong to have those ???? And would not refund me . I asked what type of dog should have them and she didn't know. I guesssing one with no teeth . Not happy
