Food was hot and fresh.... Customer service is great.... Fast and reliable in preparing the meal. Online order was Okey.... Location is good and close to many amenities.... Horrible Experience!! The lady with white short hair is very rude and disrespectful. I felt really bad, if you are having a bad day, you can’t show it on your customers. I just hope the store manager sees the review and get to know how his staff treats the customers.

Great food at a good price. Made to order and didn't have to wait very long. Jr. Burger is cheaper then a McDonald's regular burger and way more filling.

Well it wasnt a typical night when 4 of us walked in. We had a total order of 7 burgers, 205 chicken nuggets (20 orders of 10 and an order of 5), 4 fries, and 4 drinks. We were ok waiting and let them know as they informed us they could only cook 30 at a time. They didn't seem overly happy but produced the order we had placed very quickly for the amount we ordered. Nothing was cold and everything was enjoyed. Huge shout out to the Wendy's crew that worked around 8:30-9pm March 14th 2021.

This location is always speedy in the drive through, most always accurate with the orders, always friendly and the fries have greatly improved recently which I love.

Drive thru was lined up pretty far... As the employee went to hand me my food the bag fell on the ground (could have been either of our fault) she insisted that they make another meal right away and since they didn't know which one fell they quickly made both of our meals again. Great customer service ????

Food good for fast food, service not, at least at the drive through. Last time my wife didn't catch the mistake (there was no bacon on bacon cheeseburgers) until she arrived at home. We called and were told they would send replacements in the form of coupons. Never came. Called a few weeks later and told they would send new ones out. Never came. They can keep the coupons now.

Had a Wendy’s chicken combo for two today and 2 frosty’s. First fast food since March. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly even when my husband who was ordering was nodding his head yes instead of saying yes!! ???? enjoyed our meals immensely!!

They are just about the only fast food restaurant that don’t mess up our orders and they are fast ,clean and very well organized and great customer service and I just would like to say to all the employees and management at Wendy’s to keep up the good work and thanks for taking the time making sure our order is correct :)

I ordered through the mobile app. How hard can it be to get the order right? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got home I saw it was a cheeseburger ???? So I called and spoke to the manager and she didn't even apologize, she just said I can do one of 2 things: you can come back tonight and I'll replace it or I can send you a coupon in the mail. I asked if I could come tomorrow and she said no, I have to come tonight. Absolutely terrible service. She's acting like as if she's doing me a favor. I don't even like wendys much, their spicy chicken sandwich is basically what I order if I go. But she's the manager and she didn't even apologize. Who trained her? My visit was today, October 6,2021. The cheeseburger was gross. Looks good but ew I don't like their burgers.

I loved the Baconator, it was so delicious and I had fries plus a fountain drink which made it a combo. I went through the drive - thru then ate it at home. I also love the frosty!

I enjoy the food and the service but was astounded to see US tax information on the receipt! Come on, I live in Canada, I am Canadian, I will stop eating at Wendy's if I'm paying US taxes for eating in Canada. And I really don't want to know what US does regarding taxes on my receipt thank you very much. First time seeing this and it is not my liking....jmo but it is my right

Mustve made our frostys first bc after waiting 15 in drive thru for our food our frostys were like drinking warm chocolate milk. Wasnt too pleased about that. Plus our order was wrong... (y) But the food that we did get to enjoy was good. Minus the icecream.

I found a hair in my fries fries weren't salted at all and half of them weren't even cooked fulltmy entire meal went to waste after finding the hair I wasn't about to eat any of it spent 42 dollars on our food wasted one of the meals just was there 5 mins ago disgusting this doesn't account for the time 2 of our burgers were very under cooked it made me sick it took me months to eat there again at that time we got a free meal each the coupon expired by the end of the month and we could only use it at the same Wendy's restaurant we got the undercooked burgers from we never used the coupon we were going to eat at Wendy's anytime soon let alone the same one

Every single time I come to this location they take 10 years to make food… honestly what’s the point of a drive through? Might as well dine in. Never ever coming back here on a lunch break, because Waiting in the drive thru always takes longer than my half hour break. Your much better going to McDonald’s as even when their drive thru is packed you’re still out in less than 15 minutes. Also yes this is all hours of the day not just lunch hour.

I've been to a lot of Wendy's and the food is usually good and the service being great. This location....the service is slow, always seem to be going back because of items missed off the order. I was addressed as "Dude" going through their drive thru. I can honestly say this is the worst Wendy's I have ever been in. This location must be such a dissapointment to the francise!

While the burgers were good last time I tried them, the lack of vegetarian options makes me unable to eat here anymore. Despite showing up on searches for vegetarian fast-food, the only non-meat food I saw was a salad.

Waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes for our food. Yes they were busy and understaffed but after 20 minutes we asked for a refund and were just going to grab the kids something from somewhere else they said no but would mail us vouchers. So we waited. As to be expected food was tossed together and was a mess, some frozen fries found their way into the cooked ones and the pickles in the container on the side were covered in mayo (that my kid can't eat). Being a parent yes I'll probably go back if that's what the kids want. If it's busy I'll definitely go elsewhere.

The chicken sandwiches we ordered were not fresh. The meat was much smaller than usual too. But the worst part was the cold unfriendly service in the drive thru. The same older woman, very slim, never smiles, never greets you, never thanks the customer. She has a terrible attitude. I know the company Wendys does not train their employees to be that way. One time they gave me the totally wrong order and we called and spoke to the manager, she was miserable too. No courtesy, no professionalism. Customers do not feel welcome there. We don't want to come back. Is it poor management? Hiring the wrong people? Something needs to be done with this location.

Their new classic chicken sandwich is delicious. It just came out and I've had three so far. Exactly the chicken sandwich I was looking for. I had a chicken sandwich elsewhere and it was tasteless. Wendy's is the way to go. This one is excellent.

Wendy's is in my top 2 for fast food. The quality is so much better than almost all other fast food restaurants. I don't eat the hamburgers very often, but it's a treat to get their chicken nuggets and french fries. I also really enjoy their salads, especially in the summer, when they have a seasonal strawberry salad. I also like to get the junior Frosty. You can pay a dollar or two at the beginning of the year and get a key chain for a free junior Frosty with purchase, and it can be used for the rest of the year.. And the size is perfect for a desert (200 calories.
