I can't believe how knowledgable the staff is there! I have a giant breed puppy with a chicken/grain sensitivity and had to switch her food. I went to the Chatham location and I'm unsure of the lady's name who was working, but she was extremely knowledgable and taught me a lot about my giant breed that we honestly didn't know... I truely appreciate them and we will be back over and over. Thank you guys!

My go to is the keil one, the st Clair one, last time I visited, we weren't treated very kindly and the male employee was somewhat rude to another guest there. The ladies over on keil go above and beyond for me and I'd recommend going there !

My partner and I shop here food all our pet food needs. The prices beat the big box stores whwn it comes to food and they also have healthier options available, which is nice. Staff is knowledgeable and mindful of your questions when offering solutions. It was a nice surprise when we went to get food in December and found they were doing holiday photoshoots.

Never a smile to be seen here...weekly "Covid" changes and regulations...now we need hand sanitizer (probably recalled on the Health Canada list of 150+ and still counting), and only 1 bloody person allowed in the store at a time yet you have more than 1 staff member allowed. Also, it shows your hours on google as open until 8pm but you've taken upon your selves to close a gosh darn pet food store right at 5:30pm when I'm finally off work and able to shop!!!! I will NEVER ever shop at this store again, have hated it ever since I found it...shame on you all...you're not pet people in the least! Disgusting.

Not a very nice looking store... But I guess that's where the word "warehouse" in their name comes from. But, the products in the store are piled neatly. The workers keep it neat and clean and in good order. They have a good selection, but what is great is that they can order any food for you. And their delivery comes pretty quickly.
