????My face seeing those prices ! crazy high prices for meat, I try not to buy meat from there only because I've paid 100$ in meat there and went to bobs and got way more then I got from nofrills and the ground beef is beef and pork mixed but to me it's about 97% pork and 3% beef nuts

It's okay, it can be hit or miss depending on when you go. Finding flyer items is difficult as it seems they only stock a small selection of any sale items each day. So if you go on day one to buy a flyer item and the shelf is empty, you know they will restock it the next day. Usually though if I ask for the item I can get it because it's simply not been restocked. After all it wouldn't be right if they had a flyer advertising seven days of a particular item on sale that was gone after the very first day of the sale because they only had "ten" of that item, would it?

It's a very clean store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Getting thru the cash registers is always fast and easy. However, I find that the shelves are poorly stocked especially their meats. There have been many times when you could not even get hamburger! Their meat counter is usually more than half empty and the choices are very limited. The poorest in town . I am sure this has to cost them business. I have overheard many customers complain to themselves about the lack of stock on the shelves, I must say though that their prices are about the best in town. I shop here mostly because of PC optimum points, and pricing, otherwise I would go elsewhere.

I like shopping at this store at times. One thing I've noticed in the produce section, when the store advertises mangoes and it looks very attractive in the sales flyer, you'd be very disappointed with the product in person; the mangoes either lacks luster or some are spoiled. Every other No Frills stores have exactly what it advertises; not this one. Even the avocados has its issue ????????????

The aisle are very narrow and most customers were not following social distancing and following the arrows. It was very crowded (don't go on Sunday). I know the can't make the aisles bigger but maybe limiting how many are in the store would help keep distancing easier.

My family and I were in the store last night and we were very disappointed there were employees that were standing at the tills talking as to where they were no till lights on and we got told to go to the express and had to wait like about 5 minutes till someone came over while the other two stood there and talked then the cashier that told us to go to express and wait she then opened her till for someone else that was very rude. There are only two staff we like there and they are so nice and very helpful. And when the cashier came to serve us was very rude not very good customer service. And another thing some of the staff were NOT social distancing with each other very unsafe don't know if we will come back to the store. Also the store should keep track of how busy it gets especially with covid 19. VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMERS

Just in and reviewed my receipt, which I seldom do. Cherries were on sale for $1.68 lb. When I got home I realized I had bought .815 kg of organic cherries for $10.66. The sign above the cherries displayed the lower price. Also bought a Lindt chocolate bar...sign said $2.00...they charged $2.99. This is not the first time. Seems they incorporate deceptive advertising. Makes me sick!!! If I wasn't 25 miles away I would go back and raise hell.

I have always loved shopping here untill today my children were harassed 3 times by employees. The employee that have been there for many years looked embarrassed by thier behaviour. Show me proof that kids spread covid or that mask work then talk to me about putting mask on them. Show me that mask dont have long term effects on children. I'm responsible for my children I have to advocate for them! You wouldn't have wanted me to leave them in a hot vehicle would you?

This store is not a good store for sale items. Clean store but lacks the food in the aisles. Everytime we go for the sale they never have stock or if they do and it's multiple flavours or items well they will only have 1 flavour or 1 item. Staff is great and store itself is clean BUT they have an issue with the stock and or keeping it stocked. Asked and was told that the next shipment will be couple days. Worth a 20 mins drive to a better No Frills in Wallaceburg.

Every time I visit this location they are always low on product, especially in the meat dept. This week I went in for ribs that were on sale. There were none in site, after finally tracking someone down to ask they laughed and said "yeah we've been out since saturday.." two days into the sale. This was on Tuesday, and they had no idea if and when more would be in. I am beyond frustrated this place NEEDS better oversite. I will not be returning

They have no idea as to what carts are being brought back in from the outside. I watched a woman put her infant into a cart given to her by a customer leaving. I do understand that this is more of "basic end" of the Loblaws branding and the only reason we came in was to purchase some chicken breasts on sale for a Bbq. We couldn't even get to them as employees were "shop vacuuming" water from under a bunker as others were mopping without even a "wet floor" sign. You need to get on top of your stuff

Store was clean and tidy. I didn't notice any boxes in the floor. The produce looked fresh. It was a busy Saturday 10 days before Christmas and the checkout lines were fairly short. There was just one cart ahead of us. Cashier was friendly. I heard that they have nice buns here and they do. Looked fresh and round and soft.

Crazy busy. Produce prices have doubled. Quality of produce isn't up to the quality of competitors. It's a local issue. I've been to No Frills across the country; this one is the worst.

Pretty upset to find out you don't accept Visa. I was at the store earlier in the week and I told the cashier I was using visa. She made me swipe my card about 5 or 6 times and then said I probably didn't have enough money on me so I paid cash. Went back last night and it was crazy busy. Waited in line and I went to pay with my visa and the cashier told me visa isn't accepted. Super embarrassing and a big waste of time. If the first cashier had told me you didn't take visa, I wouldn't have wasted my time going to your store last night to wait in line for nothing.

I am always satisfied with this grocery store, l buy groceries for the rock missions (reaching out chatham Kent? ) we make bag nutritious lunches and homemade soups for the homeless in chatham twice a week, we serve 80 meals along with toiletry, warm clothing and outerwear plus warm boots and warm socks plus hats and mitts plus we make sure that they have vitamins, bandaid, tylenol and things of that nature plus feminine products.

I have shopped at no frills for years and their prices were always fair and they employees usually kind. I loved shopping there and choose it over every other place. But they have officially lost my service forever. After leaving the grocery store in tears that I could not buy food for my 3 children because I cannot wear a mask I'm upset but more than anything I am so hurt, I’ve spent thousands at these stores only to be treated like this, it’s beyond words. I have found somewhere else to shop thankfully; but I have lost respect for all the no frills franchises

Produce not fresh, terrible meat counter. Undersized and too cramped for the amount of business they do. Checkout lanes too small. One person will be checking out the same time you are. Too crowded. Can have some excellent deals, but you must arrive early. By all means, avoid "dollar days" as it often becomes a madhouse. Trucks don't come in on time or sometimes not until later in the week. Always will price match other grocery stores in the area, however. Newer carts finally arrived replacing those old relics which suffered from broken/locked up wheels. Many workers look bored and uninterested. Nobody's smiling and I can't entirely blame them. This place is in dire need of a complete revamping or a newer/bigger location. The facilities (and staff) look tired. The Real Canadian Superstore is a much better shopping experience. Sobeys is pricey.

Generally I have an OK interaction within the store however the last time I went one of the managers I believe she was she was very rude to me and my children she treated me and my daughter like we were dirt I felt like it was a racial thing it just really bothered me so I've actually no frills is closer to me but I've actually paid for taxis to go to superstore Walmart lately because of the experience and experience with her it just left me feeling like less of a human horrible horrible person I wish you never interact with her again she's a lady with short hair I think it's great or blind she is just a overall a horrible

I was refused service for not wearing a mask despite telling them about my exemption. I have shopped here for years and have easily spent between $80,000- $100,000. I will never step foot in this store. I called to speak with Dean (the owner) and he told me it's easier for him to lose a customer than to shut down for 2 weeks if someone brings covid into his store. You will never get another dime from me!!

Need a bigger store here. Shelves are often empty and out of stock. Employees' attitude's can be hit or miss. You have to catch them on a good day. Meat counter leaves a lot to be desired. Frankly, they've outlasted their stay here and seriously need to look into acquiring or building a bigger facility. Checkout lanes are simply too crowded. You're trying to bag your groceries, maneuver your cart through an already tight space, while they're checking out the next person in line. There's simply NO ROOM for two shopping carts. Speaking of which, half those "new" carts already have issues with bent/warped wheels and rust. This place can be an absolute madhouse during promotional deals such as "Dollar Days." In any case, I find Food Basics is a better shopping experience due to the fact that it's simply a larger store. Better produce, too.
