TERRIBLE. Website claims they are open until 8pm and all of a sudden they change their hours (on a gross piece of folded paper) on the storefront window to 530pm closing time. What’s with this?

Cold as Icee

This store can get a good variety of products but the customer service skills are severely lacking. The woman with the long blonde hair is very cold. No smile, just cold. Yuck. The place looks so dumpy and dindgy, but their variety is what brought me but the poor customer service is what will keep me from coming back. There are plenty of pet stores in Chatham-Kent to go to.
