Reached out to them via Facebook to inquire about a boat i had been looking into. From the initial contact to setting up viewing of the boat until the final purchase, Grant and Paul provided excellent service and advice. Accommodated and worked with me on my schedule for the financing, addition of accessories and pickup date. Being my first boat purchase i wasn't sure on what accessories to add, Grant and Paul gave honest recommendations based on what i needed. Even when they had a chance to upsell they didn't and guided me. Would highly recommend Maple City Marine, excellent service, honest and overall a great experience. looking forward to picking up the boat shortly! Update : Picked up the boat and couldn't be happier with the process, Paul walked me through everything and answered some questions I had later on. if you need to buy a boat..just go to this place!

These people NEVER answer email inquiries.. they listed an Alaskan on Kijiji at a good price. I phoned no more than 15 minutes after it was listed and they say sorry, it's sold. But we have others. Classic "bait and switch". The same ad is still up 4 weeks later even though it supposedly was sold 4 weeks ago. And voila! It's still up now but priced $2000 higher. Very deceptive marketing practices

So many positive reviews makes me wonder why I had such a bad experience chasing $100? Had a great experience buying our Bennington pontoon from Maple City. The following year we had some seat damage from rodents and we ordered three seat skins during COVID. Our installer noticed a fault with one seat skin and the repair was only $100. Paul at Maple City said he would get us reimbursed from Bennington US. After we sent before and after pics and all details of our order and repairs I was assured it wouldn't be too long. After a couple of months my calls stopped being returned and I had to give up chasing the $100. Finally had to deal with Bennington directly. Ghosted over a lousy 100 bucks doesn't make good business sense??? Within the hour of original post!! Very quick response from Gary. Gary's apology was honest and he took ownership of me falling thru the cracks.. All warm and fuzzy now! Scott

PARTS DEPARTMENT. When ordering parts make certain you get a total price in writing as they add on many extra charges. Also get in writing the return policy if the item is wrong. They ordered a plastic curtain rod for me and was quoted $1.00 per foot and at 8' equals around $8.00 and ended up being $142.00. Discovered the track was wrong and left it there as it is useless to me. After arguing for 4 weeks they refunded half of the $142.00.

Do not bring your boat here for service! I brought mine in to have the oil changed and to have their staff make sure the boat is ready for the summer season. I asked to have the batteries tested and to make sure that it starts fine along with the oil change. When I picked my boat up, I asked the service department if everything was OK, and if it started fine. They said yes and I took their word that it was done. Two days after, I launched my boat and it did not start, the batteries were completely dead. I was very disappointed and had to re-load my boat and bring it back home. I called Maple city Marine and was told that it was checked and to try recharging the batteries. I charged both of my batteries for 2 days and they both are still dead. So I called Maple City Marine again and this time was told that they DID NOT do a load test on my batteries and that they DID NOT start my boat. I do not appreciate being lied to!! Very bad service!

Was interested in buying a new boat. I tried contacting them numerous times, in different manners, to obtain a quote but they will not respond. Even tried going through Lund but with no luck. Guess they've sold enough boats that they're not worried about selling any more. Now looking at buying a different brand elsewhere.
