Just popped in to buy a couple items. The store is well laid out and clean. It’s labelled clearly so I knew exactly which part of the store to go to find what I needed. The staff were friendly and helped me track down one tricky item quickly.

They were all about helping me out. They had the plumbing tool I needed that even Home Depot or Rona didn't have! The other thing that floored me was that they had a hunting and fishing annex that had many things you will not find at Canadian Tire. As a contractor, they can't supply me with the lumber etc I need.. but I saw so many things that us contractors need. Well done!

We ordered an online item weeks ago. All I wanted to know is where it is. The person I was talking to on the phone made no effort to look into this. I ended up doing live chat on the main website and the agent had no idea either. I told them to cancel the item and refund the credit card. Total waste of time.

It is okay. Small and while it looks good on the outside, the inside looks like its from 1988. But what I like is when i order online, it is available for pick up.There was a male employee who was courteous, but not the female employee on checkout. Yuck!!! She does not make you feel welcome and doesn't smile. I rarely shop here.

Sold me a broken fluorescent light, discovered the connection at the end was broken because the bulb wouldn’t hold while installing and almost fell on my face. Immediately returned to store, wouldn’t return product despite you can clearly see it’s new despite their defect. You wouldn’t expect a local store to rip you off but yet here we are.
