I like going there to get super worms as I can feed my bearded dragon for half the price as anyone else. And the service is the best so I recommend go to critter shop to everyone I know.

We enjoy shopping at Critter Shop, as they are a small business often somethings are not in stock, but the owner is happy to bring them in for us within a few days. Prices are great, Service is excellent, and we always check here first for our Aquarium needs. Thank you for bring in Special Plant lights and Live Plants for us. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

Not sure if the store is closing or not, but the selection in there is slim pickings. Nearly any stock in store, no heat lamps, no reptile supplies other then food. Most of the shelves are empty. I will say though that the live animals are kept in very good conditions, so that’s a huge bonus. Used to be one of my all time favourite pet stores but I have to take my business elsewhere simply because they never ever have any product in store.

pretty good selection but the budgies are constantly escaping and staff was extremly rude to me when i was trying to buy medicine for my fish anc then another time threw around the fish i was buying, great prices and products, extrmly rude staff

Have been here for buying some fishes, it was really a good experience with the shop. They are very friendly, they have a good collection of fishes and more over the thing I like more is when compared to PetSmart I found the fishes are cheaper here. I would suggest this place for everyone.

Selling injured rabbits then refusing any kind of refund is just plain bad customer service and really shows how the animals are cared for in this shop....stay away from mills like this

Depressing. The hamsters, and rats don't have wheels or anything to chew on. There was one big hamster with that I saw with over grown teeth because he had nothing to chew on. One of the mice was dying due to a scabbed over infected wound. It couldn't move his injured leg and it wasn't moving by the time we left the store. I wouldn't be surprised if it died while we were still in there. I told the man working there and his excuse was that they're feeder mice? Ya I dont think anyone would feed their reptile a dying mouse that has an infected wound. I would not waste my money here if I were you. It's not like they had a great selection anyway.

Great store wasn't allowed in due to covid but the guy was very helpful. Even if they don't have what you want they will order whatever you need in for you. Such great help, wonderful service will definitely be back for more pet stuff.

Dead bearded dragon that had been dead for awhile as it was flat and dried up in tank with live lizard of a different species, dying fish, saw a tang that looked nothing like a tang, missing pretty much all fins and what looked like rot on it whole upper half, not sure what could’ve caused that and why it wasn’t addressed, birds stuffed in tiny cages, going into that store makes me feel physically gross no one should shop there

My girlfriend and I are regular customers at Crittershop and we go nowhere else for our supplies or anything pet related! They sell quality items at a cheaper price and they're a shop that'll stand behind their products and the health of their animals! The staff are friendly, helpful and get to know who you are. They always have what we need, especially since my girlfriend runs a Fish Rescue. We come here for everything! We've gone here since 2014 and will continue to go and we definitely recommend going here!
