Not from Grande Prairie, so I thought I would stop in to the local Arby's. Very pleased with the establishment. I love being referred to as "sir" even though I'm only 19. The lads whipped me up a fine meal that I'll never forget. Keep up the good work boys.

I always love the food, but the seating area faces south and there are no blinds. On a sunny day this leaves very few areas you can sit. Also, as a big guy, the booth seats are a tad close to the tables. Not a food concern, but overall comfort.

The wait time in the drive thru can be unnecessarily long sometimes. It isn't normal to sit at a speaker for over 120 seconds and not be acknowledged at times. I've had good experiences and some bad experiences but I still go because of the deals here and there.

Been a few times and I’ve encountered the same issues. 1. The dining room is always closed now. It like they’ve realized they can use Covid as an excuse to close the dining room and do less work. 2. In the drive through they always try to tell you that you only get two packs of Arby’s sauce per sandwich. The first time they told me it was supply chain issues. But a year later it’s the same story, so now I know they are just plain lying. I tell them hey I ordered the 1/2 pound sandwich so how is it logical that someone who orders the smallest sandwich gets the same 2 packs of sauce? They will look back at you puzzled then repeat the same line like a parrot. The first time this happened the dining room was open so I marched inside and I guess the clerk could sense my bubbling rage and just handed over a bunch of sauce and slowly backed away. The second time I wasn’t able to get inside due to the lockout so I had to have a standoff in the drive through line. First they tried to tell me it would be ten cents for each additional sauce, but eventually I guess they sensed I wasn’t capitulating and begrudgingly put 2 more in the bag. Which was really probably for the best because phase 2 I was just going to turn the car off and sit blocking the drive through in protest. I’m not looking for 20 sauces, but a sandwich that big needs about 4 sauces. The Arbys in Kingston is great. It feels airy and the staff are chipper. The whole experience at this one however is tainted with despair. It feels like there’s a black cloud of loathing that just hangs over this place.

I always enjoy the food; HOWEVER, if you advertise youre open til ten, don't tell.me I can't have a sandwich at 9:55. How hard is it to slice some beef, throw it on a bun, and serve it to a drive thru?? And then to be blown off, by whichever supervisor is on shift at lunchtime, today, was even less thrilling. Still like the food, I'll keep coming back, but pay attention to what the customer wants. I pay your wages.

1st time trying here.. Because of COVID, only drive thru is available. Had to eat this inside the car which I do not mind. I ordered Beef n Cheddar roast beef sandwich, the photo below is not that clear. Had no idea what to get if single or double or a half pound so just to be safe since I am hungry, I chose the double and oh boy, so huge portion. It was overwhelming but I was still able to finish it ???? get the curly fries too, not too much of a difference but it is the shape that makes the meal more interesting and appetizing. ????

Using one star because it's the lowest I can go. Nothing Earth shattering, just disappointing. Order the special on now, asked for onions on the sandwiches, she confirms the order, I drive to the window and the girl (who quite clearly was unhappy to be there by her tone and lack of attention) asked me if I want any sauces. I tell her what I wanted, she closes the window, comes back about 10 seconds later and asks again what sauces I want. I tell her again and she goes away, never to return. Another staff gives me the food and I check the bag for the sandwiches and sauces, etc. I drive away and when I start eating, no onions on the sandwiches and as a coup de grace one sandwich is two tops of the bun and one is two bottoms. Again, nothing serious, just wondering why should I go out of my way for this level of service and attention to detail. It will sadly be the last visit for me as this is not a one off, but a regular occurrence.

I never used to notice this stuff until my wife became handicapped. BUT This place is so far from "barrier free " that I am surprised that it can stay open. It is an old building that should be torn down and replaced. The food isn't much better than the building. I haven't been back but I see they have completely remodeled the place. I assume it is now barrier free. It will be interesting to see if they put in a family washroom. If your spouse is handicapped and cannot get from the wheelchair to the toilet without help you need a family restroom.

I just got home from Arby's drive thru!!! WHAT AM AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! Our family loves Arby's and we always stop in to eat here when we're up in Orillia (unfortunately that's only a couple of times per year). This location never disappoints! The service is friendly and great, the food is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is very clean. It's worth the trip!

You know what? I hadn’t tried Arby’s before until recently & I LOVE it! They pack the sandwiches full & it doesn’t hurt that they also taste amazing. However, expect to wait 10+ minutes in the drive-through to order & get your food. I personally think it’s totally worth the wait.

Back in October 2014 I could not wait for my next visit to this store. I loved their fries and sandwiches! Unfortunately, as of late, this is not the case anymore. Fries are most times cold and sandwiches have this really bad tasting so-called melted (cheese?) in it. When I go here I purposely pay more for real cheddar cheese instead of whatever that melted stuff is but be sure to check that they did that cause I have driven away and found that they didn't give me the cheese that I paid for but instead found that melted stuff. I hope they pull their socks up soon cause, in theory, they have great tasting food!

Showed up today at around 4pm, restaurant was closed. Not a big deal. Employee (female, asian) was sitting on the sidewalk I assume waiting for a ride home. As we pull up to the drive through she waves us on with a smug smile on her face. Drove around the building and she was laughing. It's just ok. Nothing bad about going to Arby's, but nothing stands out either. This is lower level fast food joint . Food tasted as I expected, place was clean, and the staff helpful(but loud). Biggest conplaint for me was the noise. It was busy but the way this store is laid out all the sound just bangs around the tile and concrete dining area. The staff tend to holler the orders to the kitchen and to the customers picking up. Mine sat there 5mins because they had the wrong name on it. I'm not Keith.

Great food. Fast and friendly service. Price was a bit high bit it always has been at Arbys. Price is up but sandwiches are still small. But all in all for the twice a year visit it was well worth it. Delicious food and staff were nice to deal with.

First off, they don't have "The Great Canadian" sandwich anymore which is why they don't get 5 stars, however the staff still know what it us and know how to add stuff to your order so you can make it yourself...which is what my wife does because she loved TGC. The curly fries are good. The service is okay.

Just came back from Arby’s at cornerstone in Prince Albert got billed for two sandwiches and never got any. I ordered a number 2 with extra bacon when I opened it up it just looked like beef with some slimy white sauce on the meat so I thought I got the wrong sandwich and proceeded to go back threw the drive thru. I handed her the sandwhich at the window and two of them pawed threw the beef to show me the bacon was rolled up in the beef, I told her I wanted a refund and she handed the machine out so my husband tapped it again thinking it was refunded. Then she slammed the window shut so I thought it was done even waited for a couple minutes. Came home and found out I was billed for two sandwiches not a refund and two different prices and didn’t get one. I called when I got home to talk to the manager and it was the same one that was working cash. She told me they don’t give refunds and she charged me for another sandwich I told her that she should have said that at the window. She offered me at first a free meal for two coupon then she said it was a sandwich a drink and fries for one. This lady was so stupid she couldn’t even spell my name do I just hung up. I use to always eat at Arby’s but not ever again.

Changing my 5 star review because of an incident we had today in the drive thru . My 85 year old grandmother was ordering food. She sometimes has trouble hearing and had trouble ordering . The girl in the drivethru was unbelievably rude. Very sarcastic and pushy. I'm really not sure why she is in that position if she speaks like this to people. I'm actually quite shocked on how rude she is . She needs to learn to have patience with people who may be older .

I ordered Arby's on skip the dishes and it was a mess. First when opening the bag I noticed the straw for my drink was stapled to the bag and useless, the drink itself was overfilled and leaking, and my apple turnover was seemingly haphazardly placed at the bottom of the bag maybe wrapped originally but not after I opened the bag. My actual gyro was very overfilled and fell apart after being opened. Overall the meal tasted decent but the packaging could use some serious work.

I go here for lunch usually at least once per week. Great place. It is fast food but great for someone who needs or wants a lot of protein. Basically sandwiches but pretty good. Drive thru service only while on quarantine but relatively fast service. The double beef and cheddar is my main and the curly fries are awesome.

We drove up to Arby's in Orillia because we had a craving and believe it or not, it is the closest one. We have the meat! ???? Great service, clean restrooms, polite staff. Even if the place is full you still get fast service. I like this place because it is right beside the mall and Superstore. I stop by very often. They always have a new sandwich on the menu and it's usually very good. I encourage you to go try it.
