I came in today to get myself a blue tongue Skink, and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff is patient, very knowledgeable and friendly. The best Reptile specialist in the Montreal Area HANDS DOWN. I visited Monarch Reptiles after having visited many others in the area and let me tell you these other locations shocked me either by lack of hygiene, poor conditions for the animals, or rude customer service. Monarch Reptiles was a breath of fresh air!! Yan was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and so was his wife. The place is super clean, their animals are clearly very well taken care of and healthy and their prices are fantastic. I also had a situation where I had bought a bunch of stuff for a bearded dragon but due to unexpected circumstances had to cancel my plans. They don't usually take returns on credit cards (exchange only) but they understood my situation and made an exception. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended,

Monarch reptiles took advantage of my knowledge on prices,when I first got into the hobby. They sold me a female albino ball python for 300$. Two weeks later I got another albino for 160$ elsewhere. Strongly suggest doing your own research before going in here to buy a reptile, if not they will screw you over!
