Great being able to call in orders now, and being able to pick it up through the drivethru is also excellent. Only downside is the taste can vary depending who's making it. Haven't had the problem recently, but 1/3 times in the past it wouldn't nearly be as good as I was used to (Same Order Placed).

Had Thai Express in Toronto and the GTA but it was my first time eating at PEI, and I didn't like the food there. I ordered two pad thais & a fried rice and it didn't taste anything like I remembered. Both dishes were drenched in sauce and had no wok hei. I did however, remember they asked for tips which I kindly declined .

Good Thai food, not the best but for what it is it's good, I would recommend to keep looking but it is good and nice to take out and to take home and have a nice night on the couch with this nice Thai take out.

No drama, consistent pricing and reasonably prepared food. Edit: Down to 1 star guys - loved their product and was greeted to a huge metal ribbon in my meal. Sitting in top - the manager was no help in rectifying the situation so yeah... 1* for this place that served me something that could kill me.

I've eaten at this establishment several times before and the food was good, yet the last two times the food has been unacceptable. I can understand a restaurant having a problem every once in a while, but not to this degree. I called Thai Express four times and got disconnected until my forth try. Then when I explained how the chicken in the General Thai was over fried and black the cook started yelling at me. He refused to give me his name, the managers name or the owner. I will contact Thai Express Franchise Office tomorrow, but will never eat in this establishment again. Food: Chicken deepfried to the point of no taste, black and hard. Service: Disgusting

Fairly good food, quick-ish service (10-15 mins, not quite fast food nor sit-down). Food used to be more flavourful before hiring some of the newer cooks, but it's still good and filling food. Usually around $10-15 for food, plus some more for a drink or spring roll.

The food here is always delicious and the customer service is amazing! Once when I ordered from them on Skip The Dishes, they didn't have the drink I requested, they called me and let me know and to make an exchange for any other drink. On TOP of that, gave me free fried chicken. great place, highly recommend.

Far from authentic, this gas station chain Thai place might fill you up but it won't leave you dying to come back. OK for a quick Thai fix.

Although located near the gas station, is nice and stylish inside. Tasty pad Thai, curry, salads, they even have vegan and gluten-free versions on the menu, you can substitute regular rice with cauliflower rice.

The dining room was very cozy. The food was made quickly and perfectly. I loved that you could choose the level of spice in your specific dish. Food was delicious and filling for a very reasonable price.

Yes, "Basil" chicken "fried" rice As uncle Roger said, if your rices too wet, you f up, theres no way to save it. I can't understand why they use wet rice and try to persuade customer believes it's fried rice. Also I can hardly find a single Basil leaf inside my order, I asked them wheres my Basil at, they just simply grab some leaves and put it into my rice box, they are not sorry at all, not even an apology. I want a Basil leave chicken fried rice, not a fried rice with some leaf salads.

The cashier was in a rush, that was fine, the cook was friendly. The food is another thing, I ordered a fresh shrimp roll and it was pulled out of the fridge, and I ordered a pho soup. Minimal veggies and meat, top much cilantro, and the roll was far from fresh.

Absolutely the worst Thai Express I have ever ate at. It was so disgusting I could't even eat it. The dumplings were soggy and way over cooked. The rice was even worse! The spring roll was cold and tasted awful! The yellow curry chicken I got was also cold. Overall, I would stay far away from this place.

General Thai chicken is my go to at this restaurant. Lots of rice and vegetables with big pieces of chicken. I've had some other dishes here which are also very good.

The food is quick and it's good and that uses fresh ingredients. Spring rolls are very tasty. I like the chicken fried rice with the basil flavor. For about $15 you can get a decently portioned meal that's different than your regular fast food.

Let’s the pictures explain. (The cook used too much oil that the left over liquid was mostly oil). Normally, the leftover liquid like this should be in sauce-like form, edible at least, but this is more than 90% oil. Imagine you eat rice with this amount of oil.
