My wife and I went here for dinner while on the island and we both enjoyed it thoroughly! We got two of the curry dishes with fries and rice and shared them. Best part was it was Wednesday so we got two lunch sized portions for the price of one! I thought the service was a bit underwhelming when infirst walked in the door and the overall condition of the facility could use some work but then we met our waitress who was amazing! Super friendly, funny and there to make sure you enjoy your evening! I will definitely be back (my wife tells everyone about the place and how good it is) and would recommend to people looking for a different sort of meal at a fantastic price!

Mediocre food, mediocre service, mediocre pub. Had the Steak & Guinness Pie with a garden salad to start. The salad was served quickly, but I was given the wrong dressing. The main came in a little too long after. It was OK, but nothing exciting; I've had better S&G pie. My glass had what appeared to be lipstick on it's rim. What can I say. The pub itself wasn't terribly special either; a little too bright and the atmosphere is a bit off. I'm not saying to avoid this place, but there are much better pubs nearby.

Always busy which is a good sign. We asked them to make a really really hot chicken madras (because we are from the UK and we know a good curry when we taste one!) OMG was it hot and it was fabulous. If you like proper curries (like baltis from Birmingham UK) you won't be disappointed. The staff were friendly as were the other people in the bar. In summary this is a pub with amazing pub food and great beers, no wonder it is full all evening.

Could smell the curry as we walked by. They have a nice selection of traditional British curry dishes. Had the Curry chicken and chips, very tasty with just a little heat. The chips are cut in the kitchen from PEI potatoes. Wife had the squeak and bubble, very traditional taste.

Awesome little pub. My buddy and I sat at the bar and had a few drinks. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Try the seafood chowder, it if full of those famous PEI potatoes. If you are into a nice cool summer drink try the Union Jack, it didn't disappoint.

May be the best curry on the island. I'd recommend getting "half and half" which is half chips and half rice to go alongside your butter chicken. Takeout works fantastically, and we might go here to cry about Brexit in the new year.

The service was great despite high volumes of orders and a constant stream of customers pouring in. Our waitress misheard our order but we kept it and thoroughly enjoyed it and she gave us 20% off the bill after we insisted on paying for it. Thoroughly impressed. The chowder here is, hands down, the best one I've ever had - and I had a Boston chowder in Boston! The chicken and mushroom pie was not too shabby either. In the centre of town, very popular for food. We had a very short wait for a table but to be certain of a table probably better to book. This little pub is one of my favorites in the area: delicious curries, fish and chips to die for, and a deep fried mars bar that MUST be tried.
