Great bar that's open late. Drink menu had many options. The staff were very friendly. It was still lively on a Thursday night. Great patio space. Lots of different styles of seating. They have several games (sack throwing, supersized beerpong, supersized connect four and supersized Jenga). Overall great impression.

Good for what it is, a beer garden. We were hoping for table games but only had large yard games. Poutine with cheese curds we're great. Definitely coming back.

Maybe it's because I'm from Toronto and constantly starved for outdoor space, but I really liked the casual vibe of the Beer Garden. We were in Charlottetown for two days and lucked out on the weather so we visited twice. It wasn't terribly busy but nonetheless, kudos to our server who was very sweet and attentive. The live music consisted of covers and was decent (though perhaps a little too much John Mayer / Ed Sheeran for my taste). They also have games like Connect 4 and Cornhole available. They have a good selection of craft beer.

Good pub with large outdoor covered seating. Staff are friendly. Food is normal pub fare. In addition to the reasonablely large offering of local craft beer, they have an excellent cider selection. One of the best I've had in town. Live music enhances the atmosphere although I find the indoor seating to be a little dark. Parking in the immediate area may be a little tight during peak times.

Great environment, big, gorgeous hanging flower baskets., comfortable seating on the perimeter of patio, the rest is hard wooden picnic tables. Good band., good mussels, lousy nachos-very uninteresting or creative, excellent wait service, manager made sure guests were well hydrated who sat on the sunny patio on an extremely hot day. Other than the extreme heat on this day, my visit to the beer garden was fair. I would retrn.

This place was a good location and patio to try but the service was very poor. Noticeable slow and the staff kept forgetting to bring us what we asked for. The managers and bartenders here seemed to enjoy chatting amongst themselves more than asking if their customers needed anything. Servers kept forgetting to bring what we asked for (water, napkins, drinks, etc.). Beer was pretty good but the food was very poor. They used the least amount of protein as possible and deep fried everything way too much. I can’t say we’ll be back.

When we arrived, there was no one at the hostess station. We wrote down our contact information (for covid) and found our own table. The waitress that served us was nice, helpful and polite. She was doing her best. They did seem understaffed though, since she wasn't able to check up on us and it took a while to get utensils after getting our food. When we first arrived, we thought we had to order at the food truck. When I told the staff I wanted the burger with a salad, I was told to order with our waitress. Once we got the menus, I changed my mind, wanting the nachos. Which I ordered from the waitress.The cooking staff however sent over the burger. Fortunately, our waitress was able to cancel the nachos. The food was by far the biggest disappointment of the evening, I'm sorry to say. My burger tasted burnt and the meat was dry. The salad didn't have dressing. In my party, one person had the deep fried oysters, which seemed to have been frozen, and were bland. The bacon wrapped scallops were good, but the salad also had no dressing and we never got an order of sweet potato fries. The deep fried clams were ok. For both the clams and oysters, the ratio of fries to seafood was comical. The band was pretty ok! The ambiance too. I just wish the food had been better, and the staff better managed.

It's a beer garden because of the outdoor seating. After that they have no semblance of a beer garden. Normal beer glass sizes, I thought it was a law to limit the size. Then I saw across the road the large steins. Disappointed, but the muscles were exceptional.

Came here with 3 other people and had some drinks while we waited for another restaurant to call us about our table. Great place to come and just drink and they are open late. Great atmosphere and the staff is very attentive! Our waitress was Crowbar and she was great! The next time we visit Charlottetown, my group agreed we will be back!

Nice beer, friendly staff. Live music is somewhat weak. Brad & Griffin are terrible. Every cover is lifeless and boring, bog standard 90s, cheesy covers. These two are joyless, depressing, miseries going through the motions and collecting their pay check. Give them the boot and get people up there who actually enjoy music.

We stopped here our first night in PEI, menu was small but very accommodating to allergies. Great little games for kids to play while waiting for food (and parents finishing drinks). Would definitely go again!

Great patio with live music. Worth the visit. However the food quality was not good (lobster roll is just a cold lobster sandwich - the waitress could have had explained) and portions are too small for the price. No option for half size Sangria or glass. Many things to improve to be up to date with the nice ambient they have. I will try again another day.

Great outdoor seating during the nicer days and lots of local craft beer available on tap. There is often live music either inside or outside. Not a must-hit spot for food, but you can get some items to snack on.

Very poor food and welcome. Drinks are limited and food is very under average. Don’t go for the Lobster roll, comes on a very basic burger bun, and not good. Hot wings are just covered with tons of very very hot sauce so soggy. Service is below average and the managers are not amicable. Though the location and venue seem cool, hard pass for a next time!

Very impressed! Best fish and chips of the Atlantic provinces! Great beer selection. Knowledgeable staff helped me discover some great beer selections. Wife thoroughly enjoyed the lobster roll and potato salad.

The toilets are clean and the beer was cold. It's not a "fine dining experience", but if you want sustenance during a night of drinking, it does the job.

Entertainment was very good but too loud. Food was terrible and took 1.5 hours to get. Salmon was over cooked and hard as a rock. Our fries and clams were not fresh and tasted old. Manager had no People skills, We had a party of 12 and we will not go back. Past owners knew how to run a restaurant, new owners obviously do not. We ordered a lot of drinks and tipped our waitress well for her grand service. It was out if her control and she was verbally abused by kitchen staff. Steve Barber would have made it right.

Legit the best seafood chowder I've ever had. Most chowders have down seafood and a ton of potato but this one was so full of seafood you had multiple pieces in every single bite. It is a heavier chowder so it's great for sharing or as your main meal. The staff were super friendly too. They brought our 10 month old a cup of blueberries to help keep her occupied and even walked her around the patio so we could enjoy a beer without our munchkin trying to grab it.

Great place, staff, and atmosphere! I didn't get to try the food, but I heard it was decent pub fare, and in hearty portions. I walked by after 9 and it looked like the place to be for night life!
