Another over-hyped spot. This is just a Delta restaurant and the food has a real room-service vibe to it. No taste buds are going to get blown away here. Genuinely sub-par fish and chips at this spot, too. 5 stars for the outdoor area with games and live music though.

A wonderful patio!! Taylor and Carlos provided us with excellent service! Very reasonably priced. Great selection of beers and the pork tacos were some of the best we had!!! Only drawback was the county music the dj was playing….ugh. Enough crying about trucks and dogs and work????.

So I am kind of torn about our visit here. The location is great and their outside yard area is unique, and the perfect spot for dining with your kids. However, the service was extremely slow and it took forever for a waitress to come take our drink order, and even longer for us to get our food. I ordered the mussels with the tomato cream broth at the waitress's recommendation. The broth was pretty watery and tasteless and at LEAST half of the mussels were undercooked and unopened. The other half were dried out and overcooked. How you screw up mussels that badly ON PEI I just don't know. To her credit, when I pointed it out halfway through my meal, the waitress immediately offered to rectify it and brought out basically an entire new order of mussels. The broth was better, with actual chunks of tomato and onion, and the mussels were all cooked correctly. She even comped my husband a beer for the long wait between drinks. Overall, they managed to salvage our experience and I would give them another shot next time we're in town.

Great outdoor patio and super friendly service! The mussels were half off after 3 pm which was a pleasant surprise that our server had told us about! What a steal! The cream based mussels with bacon were delicious! The attached oyster bar opens at 4 pm and the oysters were perfect!

What a great place to eat. Waiter was super nice, we sat outside by the fire and he brought us blankets as we were a bit cold. Very nice food at a reasonable price! Loved the whole experience.

(Translated) We have adored. The outdoor area is perfect for kids ... and grown-ups. On the other hand it can be noisy. There was a musician on site and his repertoire was good. The food: we loved the chowder fries !!! To try!!! Fish N chips, mussels, Lobster roll ... Everything was excellent. A1 service for us. Friendly waitress who spoke french (Original) Nous avons adoré. L'espace extérieur est parfait pour les enfants...et les grands. Par contre ça peut être bruyant. Il y avait un musicien sur place et son répertoire était bon. La nourriture : nous avons adoré le chowder fries !!! A essayer!!! Le fish N chips, les moules, le Lobster roll... Tout était excellent. Le service A1 pour nous. Sympathique serveuse qui parlait français

We stopped by for drinks. Exceptional and friendly service. The lady that showed us to our table came over later with a plate of free jerky that had just been smoked in-house. How incredible is that?! The outdoor seating area is amazing with cozy chairs and firepits, and they have a bar area you can sit at, just like in a Caribbean beach resort. Amazing place!

Seasonal restaurant. Really nice atmosphere but running a business 2-months out of the year often leaves gaps in quality or service. Staff and menus often change from season to season. Overall it's at least worth stopping in for a drink, maybe some food if the menu catches your eye

Menu selection was mediocre and when we were ordering they informed us that they ran out of chicken. The service was mediocre, our server didn’t check on us for long periods of time as we wanted drink refills. Lastly, the baby shrimp for the side dish was very disappointing. For $8 we got a tiny bowl of boiled shrimp that was way too salty. We definitely won’t be back here again.

Had a wonderful experience here. Live music on the harbor and wonderful food. Fast and friendly service. My wife and I managed to finish the seafood boil that was supposed to feed 4, but we were hungry after a long day of travel.

Very disappointed. Bean dip appetizer ($15) was tasteless, cold, and the presentation was poor; I could have bought something better in the store. Burger was just ok and kids food disappointing. Will not be heading back here again.

Stopped by for afternoon drinks the patio was empty and we were seated facing a wall not the view. Service was ok but the server never asked if we wanted another round seemed like she just didn't care. Food was nothing special rather pedestrian. Which is quite sad as the potential is huge here.

We popped in here while out for a walk, had a lovely lunch, excellent waiter, it started to pour, and as we were leaving, the staff offered us a complimentary umbrella. We were both very impressed. Thank you staff at Brakish.

Lovely location. The outdoor area has games for young and old and many were enjoying both watching and playing them. Our group of 11 - with a reservation - waited two hours for our main meal. The food was ok though not worth a two hour wait. Wait staff was very good. Washrooms are sub standard.

Super friendly staff, tasty food and great location! Don’t miss their steam mussel if you ever come here, there are 4 different flavour to choose! Usually we don’t get to have steam mussels because my partner and I don’t drink alcohol, and most restaurants cook them with wine.

I had fish and chips with a nice cool drink. My wife had a great salad and a drink. Service was fantastic, food was perfect. If you are in Charlottetown stop in.
