In this period of a pandemic, it is normal for the rules to be stricter regarding access to trade, however to say that the rules that you have put in place come directly from the head office is dishonest. Having to have two baskets because there are two of us shopping is not only embarrassing, but the strategy used is ineffective and has caused you to lose sales. We decided to go to a nearby grocery store which welcomed us, yes, with rules of hygiene to respect and of distance, but we did not need to carry around two baskets during our purchases. It should be noted that other IGAs visited do not apply the principle of one basket per person. Buy yourself a meter, it will be more discreet and your poor employees will no longer need to explain this process. (Original) Expérience de magasinage quelque peu désagréable. Devoir avoir deux paniers parce que nous sommes deux à venir faire des achats, c'est non-seulement embarrassant, mais la stratégie utilisée est inefficace et vous a fait perdre des ventes. Nous avons décidé d'aller à une épicerie voisine qui nous a accueillit, oui, avec des règles d'hygiène à respecter et de la distanciation, mais nous n'avons pas eu besoin de trimbaler deux panier pendant nos achats. Il est à noter que d'autres IGA visités n'appliquent aucunement le principe d'un panier par personne. Achetez-vous un compteur, ce sera plus discret et vos pauvres employés n'auront plus besoin d'expliquer cette démarche.
