Shoppers Drug Mart on queen st Chatham ..Is great The staff are friendly, also go out of thire way to help you. I was in the hospital for 6 months I was paralyzed when I came home Shoppers drug Mart were there to help me out. They went out of thire way to help me .I can't thank them enough. They have great flyers every week They now carry groceries . I enjoy shoppers. . You now can go on line to order your medicine shoppers on queen is my favorite

What a joke today. The lady in cosmetics was very busy with a staff member making shure that her order was over 75 dollars and then she lent her keys to another staff and could not unlock the perfume case. So I waited for the Keyes to come back and when they did come back she continued with the staff member. And ignored me I usually get great service from the cosmetic department but Today it was really not great so I walked out without purfume

Pharmacy gave me a buzzer to walk around with for when my prescription was ready. Wandered around the store for over 30 minutes, finally went back to the pharmacy to ask and my prescription had been ready almost the entire time, yet nobody cared to buzz. Waste of time.

I just went there to pick up pcr tests I'm subcontractors and lots of companies I work for require that test they asked if I had any symptoms I had nothing pharmacists are rude I got nothing I just need the dam pcr to go work tomorrow and he started to giving me advices why employees aren't following the rules and quarantine I don't know how they have that kinda guy over there absolutely have no respect for there customers rexal is much better service I got it now and never going back to shoppers ever terrible pharmacist customer services

My experiences at shoppers queen are always excellent. I have been a customer since it switched from big v. Every department is the same. Friendly, courteous and efficient. I will never go anywhere else as long as the current owner has this business. Do urself a favor if you don't deal with this pharmacy and shop at this shoppers switch now! You won't be sorry. You will see what good old fashioned customer service is all about!

Very unprofessional in the pharmacy. Had a prescription to be delivered and it didn't get delivered. Called the next day and they said yes it is here and we will deliver today. Nothing delivered. Called and was told that the delivery person was done for the night. Wanted to know if they could deliver in the morning and I told them no because I needed it now. Said they would send one of their workers over with it now. They did not seem very happy but I was not going out to get it because they say free delivery. I guess they don't care when you get your meds delivered but it will get delivered sometime before you get seriously ill.

We were transferred to this pharmacy after our own pharmacy closed several years ago. It is always complicated, extra fees, insurance “works” half the time, I have had to revive our insurance info several days. When we get their “service” of contacting the doctors on our behalf to renew prescriptions, half the time it’s paying for nothing because they leave a message and if the doctor doesn’t respond, it ends there: but you won’t discover that result until you physically walk back into the pharmacy. When I registered for the flu vaccination clinic as someone who has the right to have a free shot, the pharmacy said no, that they were “out” of free vaccine and that I had to pay, and didn’t back down until the clinic nurse insisted. Their attitude at the counter, though at times ok, has often enough bordered on rude. They charge a dispensing fee on each month of medication even if you are getting 3 months at a time. We’ve given it several years, we’re transferring somewhere else, not worth the aggravation.

Treated more like a number than a customer. Have had a prescription on back order for months. Finally left to go to another pharmacy and what do you know, the prescription is available there. That’s what happens when you becom a monopoly.

Clean store & friendly staff BUT they really need to be trained in using gift cards! Very disappointed that I have not been able to use my gift cards because the staff at the pharmacy, beauty & regular checkout all did not know how to use it now that "their system has been updated" Not even the manager could help!

I have never had such bad experiences with any drugstore until I moved to that side of town. I used to use the shoppers on grand and never had a problem there. The pharmacy at the queen location is ridiculous. They are constantly mixing up my prescriptions, prescribing me something that I hadn't taken in years more than once. They claim to often not get the prescription faxes sent by my dr. They had me wait 1 hr for my son's prescription to get filled, Iast time I was there I called ahead of time to ask if my prescription was ready to be picked up and even made sure to tell them exactly what it was. I was told yes, and when I got there, they claimed to not have the fax from my dr yet. It's mistakes from the pharmaceutical staff constantly!!
