This place is amazing; it was our first trip here. We came for the all-you-can-day breakfast buffet which only happens on Sunday mornings. They offer delicious eggs and bacon, and some scrumptious fish cakes. Pro-tip; the brunches on Sunday morning fill up quickly, brunch starts at 10am, however restaurant opens at 09:30 - come early and secure yourself a table for the heavily packed Sunday brunch!

Amazing . If you want to taste buds on a wild ride . Go with the bacon burger , very unique , delicious, juicy tastes. Misses had the quesadilla, and i have never seen a quesadilla that was so full. Also the cheese sticks are the best i have ever ate . I will 100% be going there again .

The fish was good and cod tongue for a first was a little fatty but very good. Dont have there own tarter sauce but they where accommodating to bring what's needed for it. 3 tbsp Mayo, 1 1/2 tbsp relish and dash of Lemon.

The food was good, but not great. The chowder was reasonable, but did not stand out particularly. The cod, shrimp and scallops were over cooked. The shrimp and scallops were over breaded. The serving staff seemed to be rushed, but the restaurant was not really busy. Not our best dining experience in NL.

Excellent brunch on Sundays until 1pm. They have an all you can eat brunch option or you can order from the breakfast menu. A huge selection of items for only $11.95, well worth the price. Can not wait to go back and try the lunch and dinner menu. Can't believe I have not gone before. I will definitely be back.

I had the breaded scallop or shrimp dinner which they were happy to make AND instead of or. So 6 each of shrimp and scallops. The batter on the shrimp was light (almost tempura-like) while the breading on the scallops was coarse like cornmeal. Both were very fresh and cooked perfectly, although the scallops were a bit on the small side. (IMHO). The fries were ok and plentiful, while the small serving of coleslaw and the Kraft® Tartar sauce were a letdown.

I expected a lot of seafood but unfortunately no lobster no shrimp but a lot of fish it was very good My husband had the cod served with coleslaw and fries very good except disappointed for the tartar sauce from the kraft cups a homemade tartar sauce would have been more appreciated (Original) J’ai pris en considération que ce petit restaurant est dans un beau coin perdu On y mange très bien et le service est excellente J’ai pris seafood chowder de luxe. Nice Fish & Chips restaurant (again its a Fish & Chips restaurant. If you want Red Lobster- ONTARIO- Restaurant like food such as fresh lobster, fresh shrimps , LOOK ELSEWHERE ). Food is good staff are great. Most of the dishes are breaded and fried. I found deep fried dishes are very oily. Dine in for two, average cost is $50.

Excellent spot to stop over and have dinner before boarding the Ferry at Port Aux Basques (5 min drive away). Be warned - Huge portions! Cod tongues, the mussels, and their fries were particularly tasty. Good service, relaxed atmosphere.

Oh man, if there is any ONE thing you have to do on the Southwest Coast, the Seashore Restaurant is that one thing. Homemade Newfoundland dishes? That's all they serve. Some of the best and freshest fish you'll ever eat. Reservations are not required, but recommended for parties of 5 or more. Get in early, especially for brunch. Brunch is an all you can eat service style for $12.95 per person. Service is the epitome of downhome friendliness, and wait time for the food is very reasonable. The owner primarily does announcements via Facebook, so be sure to follow them! Come on down and make some friends!

At first I was a bit concerned with the price, but my fears were all unfounded as the quality and the quantity of the food well made up for the price. This restaurant is about 10 minutes from Port Aux Basques in a community called Margaree. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked like a really nice place inside. The food was awesome. I had the mussels and a one piece fish and chips. We also had a seafood platter as well as scallops. It was very reasonably priced. It is well worth the visit if you are ever in the Port Aux Basques area.

What a lovely homestyle restaurant. The food was delicious and service was quick. We tried the garlic fingers (basically a bacon and cheese pizza). The seafood alfredo (delish), and the poutine burger (huge and delicious). The portions were very large and we took most of our meal with us to go! The view out back was also beautiful. If they get a patio it will be a stunning spot. This was arguably our favourite meal!
