Bad customer services! Very disappointed. We traveled for 45mins here to get fresh seafoods, want to ask some questions about how they sell different kinds of seafoods and the prices. Answers are short and impatient, and the girl who works there turned her back at us without us finishing our questions. On top of it, we are the only customer in the store. Nothing is worse and more frustrating then bad customer services for me. So will not go back again.

Excellent products. Hit or miss customer service. Accompanied my 90 year old mother to purchase lobster to take back on the plane. We went in a few days earlier to place the order. Woman behind the counter was a condescending to my mother when she asked a few reasonable questions about flying back with lobster. She kind of winked at me as though I'd be in on the joke. I wasn't. I know that dealing with the public can be trying and just a reminder that we'll all be old some day, but I think the staff may need to take a few sensitivity classes regarding dealing with an older population. The fact I need to state this, pains me. Finally, the lobster was packed to fly back but leaked going through security at the airport. Security guy was able to provide a big plastic bag. Maybe wrap the box in plastic (or something more environmentally sound) going forward if leaking is a possibility. Especially with seafood. On a plane. Again, despite these customer service issues, the products MR Seafood sells are excellent. We'll definitely recommend and return but I do hope these few issues are resolved. Thanks.

They have fresh selection of seafood (and frozen ones too). We bought cooked lobster since we can't cook it ourselves.

We passed by on a sunday, not knowing they are closed. Luckily the owner was just about to go golfing and noticed our dissapointed faces. He opened up quickly for us and sold us all we need. Nothing else was open so he honestly saved our day from plain frozen food. Huge thanks for the owner. Super nice and great guy!

Really think This place is top notch but recently purchased a can of SeaWatch New England Clam Chowder. At $5.99 for soup can size it was expensive enough. It was a waste of money. I’ve eaten potato soup with a lot more flavour…… basically flour and potato starch . Poured all but a couple of tastefuls down the compactor. Your shoppe carries high quality everything else …..what a disappointment
