During my vacation I ate countless chowders in PEI and the chowder at JMK Fishmart definitley made the top 3. The soup was filled with seafood, topped with lobster and served with a warm slice of bread. The soup was very flavourful and I highly recommend it.

We purchased frozen seafood for travel and had a very good conversation about the availability of local fish and seafood with the man who served us. He did not rush me to choose what I wanted. I would definitley recommend stopping here, although we did not try any of the cooked foods as we had just eaten and didn’t realize that we could have eaten there.

We weren’t going here originally.. then we saw the view.. and walked in where Leanne greeted us with a smile and great recommendations.. we had started with mussels and a lobster role.. and repeated it twice over - with oysters on the half shell and a bag (yes, you read it right.. a bag) of sweet sweet shrimp … you will not regret this choice.. after a long drive, it hits the spot, is worth the hype and at a price you can’t beat! Thanks for a great laugh and first meal in PEI!!

Sells good selection of local seafood. We purchased 2 lbs of scallops and cooked them later in the day. Different members of the family with varied taste buds all found the scallops delicious. Also tried a single shucked oyster for $2.50. Fresh and delicious, however a fresh lemon slice would be nice to have it with next time. Will be back to try lobster in a few days.

Had a great dinner of fresh Crab legs! If you are looking for a place the local use, this is it! You can't beat the views. Right on the Wharf in Summerside. A 'Must. place if you are visiting the Island. See Sandra for the best Lobster dinner and Chowder in Town!

Ordered lobster roll. As an Islander lobster, however served, is very competitive. This lobster roll was excellent. In a bun with mayonnaise on bottom, little lettuce leaf then pure lobster meat. Pieces were fresh, large and delicious. Recommended

Skip the big box stores and head straight to this spot. Unless you don't want the freshest and best seafood of course. If its foreign seafood from Asian countries that you're looking for, then go ahead and get the frozen seafood at the big box stores, but if its fresh and local seafood, then this is your spot!

Great spot for fresh take home seafood if you like to prepare yourself . They also have cooked lobster that looked to me to be cooked perfect . They also have a restaurant where they make seafood dishes that not only look great but taste great to I was in for clams and got my full of quohogs and bar clams easy to find and pleasant to deal with . All should find something that they like

This has been one of the best seafood experiences of my life!! Since I am from the prairies I appreciate great seafood more than average person!! This lobster was so fresh and well prepared !! The lobster roll - best ever !! We enjoyed the bag of lobster that was so fresh as well. We ate lobster from here for breakfast, lunch and supper during our too short stay in Summerside. Only regret? Only having time for one lobster roll during our stay!! Highly recommend !

Largest lobsters in town, competitive prices. They are licensed to shackle and serve oysters. Great outdoor patio view. Staff and owner should learn few things about customer service though. Nothing terrible, but sometimes you feel like nuisance and in a way of their business...
