J buys food at $ 85 with tax for 15 lbs every month for my cats but I do not hide that I look to get my stock elsewhere than at home. I also tested you about rabbits but also disappointed. You are welcoming, kind and all but I came across 4 staff members who seemed to be asking for the moon .... I have 2 aquariums including a 50 gallon, I have 3 cats on the Fromm, a rabbit and soon a dog that will take Fromm too ... consider training your staff and not letting all your new ones alone on the floor. I had 2 of your employees with me for my fish and they looked even less knowledgeable on the subject than me. (Original) J aime beaucoup aller dans les animalerie, ayant beaucoup d animaux à la maison je suis passionné de leur bien être. Je passe minimum 1 fois pas semaine mais depuis quelques mois, je trouve qu il y a des gros problèmes sur la connaissance de vos produits chez vos employés (Peut être pas tous mais ceux à qui j ai parlé). Je précise, j ai eu un poisson malade qui maintenant en est mort. Je suis tombé sur quelqun qui m as avouez ne pas connaître les produits pour les maladie chez les poissons..pas grave je repasserais. Mon chum est allé même réponse la jeune fille n étais malheureusement pas formée, ne pouvais pas répondre (elle venais sûrement d arrivé ) , 3 e essai j ai eu un traitement mais la personne avais pas l air sûre du tout...cela n as pas fonctionner ,je suis donc revenue par après pour un autres produits mais sans résultat. J ai finalement perdu mon poisson. Au niveau de la nourriture Fromm que je donne à mes chats. J ai pas pris de chance je me suis renseignée près de mon éleveuse avant mais j ai parlé à une de vos employés qui a juste pu me dire que cette nourriture donnais un poil doux....Il est où le développement ? J achète une nourriture à 85$ avec les taxe pour 15 lb à tous les mois pour mes chats mais je ne vous cache pas que je regarde pour me procurer mon stock ailleurs que chez vous. Je vous ai aussi testé au sujet des lapins mais déçue également. Vous êtes acceuillant ,gentil et tout mais je suis tombé sur 4 membres du personnel à qui j avais l air de demander la lune....Je possède 2 aquarium dont un de 50 gallon, j ai 3 chats sur le Fromm, un lapin et bientôt un chien qui prendra la Fromm aussi... pensez à former votre personnel et à ne pas laisser tout vos nouveaux seuls sur le plancher.
