Seriously, I wouldn't be proud to work there, I would close the shop as long as it gave a bad image of the reptile world. Shut up on me, it’s shameful. (Original) Je met une etoile parce que j'en suis obligée.Endroit insalubre,naudeabond et extremement mal entretenu. Les animaux baignent dans l'eau sale,et/ou ont un bol d'eau vide. La plupart des serpents se roulent dans leur vieilles mues et dans leur excréments,sans point de chaleur. Le varan bec de corbeau a un 5 gallons en terme de baignoire/bol d'eau et un terra de 1 m et demi de long,il peut a peine se virer sur lui meme..... Un pogona adulte dans un genre de dix gallons ,et des iguanes adultes dans des cages souillées ,encore une fois puantes et sans points chauds,en grillage. Serieusement,je serait pas fiere de travailler la ,je fermerais boutique tant qu'a donner une mauvaise image du monde des reptiles. Fermez moi ca tu suite ca fait honte.

Honestly I went today to get the gecko i wanted because the guy that works there had told us 2 weeks ago what we could buy to start so we went today. But we didnt ended up not getting one because the girl with blue hair was 1- not professional at all, she told us all the opposite of the guy and was rude. She simply wanted us to buy her expensive stuff. And some of their reptiles were lowered in price…wonder why… The place is small i am keeping on saying it and not much choices of reptiles to be honest but i had said that too last time. She say a tiny reptile cant live in a medium vivarium but their enormous iguana is in an aquarium/ vivarium that is way too small for him under the cashier counter…Yeah ok! If you want to keep on selling, keep the guy at it only. But i am not going back ever. Good luck

She was just a baby so it's not right that she died she clearly had something before she sold it to me. Normally a breeder cares about animals and offers a guarantee of more than 7 days because it is clearly not normal that she is dead. I am clearly going to go elsewhere next time not to encourage this kind of breeding and animal husbandry. Especially since it could have a lot of urine inside it is not very clean. (Original) J’ai accueilli un petit cochon d’Inde dans ma famille de 3 chons il y a un mois. Elle sentendais très bien avec mes 3 autres et je l’ai retrouvé morte après seulement 1 mois. Ce n’était qu’un bébé donc c’est pas normal qu’elle sois morte elle avait clairement quelque chose avant de me la vendre. Il dise qu’il ne peuve rien faire car il n’y a pas de garantie alors qu’il font affaire à des éleveur. Normalement un éleveur a à cœur les animaux et offre une garantie de plus de 7 jours car c’est clairement pas normal qu’elle soit morte. Je vais clairement aller ailleurs la prochaine fois pas question que j’encourage ce genre d’élevage et d’animalerie. Surtout que sa pu énormément l’urine à l’intérieur c’est pas très propre.

I'm not from Trois-Rivières but I'm definitely going to go back there to buy another friend, it's worth the trip. The only thing that is a shame but at the same time I understand that they are super busy is that the photos of the reptiles available are for information only so not those available in real life so for this reason during my visit I am came away with 1 instead of 2 or 3 of the lizards I wanted and it was not one of my choices nor of the same LOL species. Here go choose your new boyfriend or girlfriend you will be well received. (Original) Super d'avoir une animalerie consacrée aux reptiles et d'avoir sur place les éleveurs de plusieurs plusieurs d'entre eux pour avoir des informations. Les prix sont aussi intéressants. Je ne suis pas de Trois-Rivières mais c'est certain que je vais y retourner pour l'achat d'un autre copain (e), ça vaut le déplacement. Le seul truc qui est dommage mais en même temps je comprends qu'ils sont super occupés c'est que les photos des reptiles disponibles ne sont qu'à titre informatif donc pas ceux disponibles en réels alors pour cette raison lors de ma visite je suis repartie avec 1 au lieu de 2 ou 3 des lézards que je désirais et ce n'étaitpas l'unde mes choix ni de la mêmeespèce LOL. Voilà allez choisir votre nouveau copain ou copine vous y serez bien reçus.
