This place is fantastic! There is everything! Well.... Just about everything you need to have fun, or meet your needs with the outdoor fun or the mission you are set out to go on. The specialists in this store quite helpful and friendly, a wealth of knowledge in this store. The only thing I would say is they need a bigger store, the amount of equipment and gear in this store is amazing. But nonetheless every time I go in here it's a good experience and almost always walk out the door with some type of purchase even if I wasn't looking for anything.

The staff is incredibly wonderful, especially Kalyn. Visited last year with a friend who knew a bit more about fishing. Kalyn and her staff were helpful with finding me a pair of boots, other stuff for the man, and flies. Always need those! WOW What a great all around shop. The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. Went in looking for a new bow and could not believe the level of customer service. Rob the bowtech spent an hour with me dialing in the bow and making sure it fits properly and shoots well. The knowledge and care taken by the staff to insure you are happy with your purchase is something you cant get from big box stores. When you buy a bow here your not only buying the bow but also buying the knowledge and pointers from their staff. Thanks again Rob !

The service here is incredible. Nothing but seasoned anglers and hunters work here. I walked into the store and asked questions, about the pier and fishing it. The staff was more than happy to tell me what to use, what time to go and how to do it. They weren't pushy to sell anything. After fishing the pier and losing a rig, I went back and asked about knots to add to my line. Again, knowledge and eagerness to help was at my disposal. Top notch store and better people. The only place you need to come in Campbell River for all your angling and hunting needs.

I purchased a rod and reel combo today from the young guy (did not catch his name!) at the counter. He was helpful purchasing the gear and selecting some lures. I immediately went fishing and had the rod break within half an hour☹️. I quickly returned to the store, and the same employee replaced the rod without hesitation. This was exceptional service and I am very grateful. I’ve been in the store several times recently and there’s another young gentleman that is always helpful choosing fly fishing and fly tying gear.
