Bought a 4 tier mini greenhouse yesterday, last one, box top open, assembled it to find 4 metal pieces missing and 1 broken plastic piece. I asked Ken about it and he told me he could give me $10 off (!) or a refund if I return it. I said I would like to make it work as is, but questioned $10 off. He shrugged and jumped back on the forklift. As he said, its no loss to his store if he sends it back to the manufacturer for his refund, but a much better solution might have been to offer 50% off and suck up a small loss to promote good relations. I can't buy in good faith from Campbell River Shar-Kare in future.

Awesome selection of pet supplies!! We're so lucky to have places like this in our area, you can bring your dog in (I didn't have a leash when I went in the first time, but they were fine with my puppy in a cart) and shop around. Wonderful staff and great prices. Great stock of local foods and treats etc. Definitely worth poking around! I've purchased everything from a dog clicker to a staple gun here... so if you're looking for anything within that spectrum, stop by and see what you can find!

They have a wide selection of pet supplies, reasonable prices, with friendly and helpful staff. They also track your purchases if you'd like, then after a number of purchases (mine is giant bags of dog food) you get one for free. That's never a bad thing is it.

They don't figure they aught to pay anyone or make a contract agreement with owners of critters for sale. Makes it hard to even time straight-forward purchasing a mate for my Pet Rabbit that bought there; social creatures. Kinda makes it hard and an infrequency event to mark.
