I am from out of town and noticed you seem to have no competition. When paying for my goods i was asked if i had points. I spent maybe one minute locating my daughter's phone numbers from my phone as she shops your store when your clerk started in with 'sorry for the wait' to the person next in line and continued with 'i will give you her points for having to wait.' Are you kidding me?! I didn't spend $5 in your store..it was closer to $100. And regardless, the amount shouldn't matter. This 'customer service' i experienced while paying was nothing short of rude and passive aggressive behaviour. I asked your clerk if my daughter could have her points applied if she came in with her receipt later to which i got no reply...was handed my bag of goods and i left thinking...so much for your island hospitality i hear so much about and i think competition would be good for you. When you are the only game in town it's easy to think you've got the whole town at your disposal. Having been in business for decades and understanding the value each client brings i can assure you that a different dialogue should have occurred while i was retreiving my daughter's phone number. Ill bring all my health products with me next time. Being made to feel like a pain in someone's backside while supporting your store certainly doesn't make me want to come back.

Deli is outstanding. Everytime I visit I have something from their cafe/deli. Top notch taste and quality. Never have I been disappointed by anything on the menu. Also, specialty products at a fair price, which is more expensive than the other grocery stores

Having really no health food stores and places to get vegan/vegetarian options this is the place to go if that's what you are looking for. Had the falafel wrap at the deli. It was scrum dilly. Prices are high for groceries but what do you expect.

New to the city and I'm used to Whole Foods and Noah's (in Toronto) however just left this store a few moments ago. Very impressed with the staff and products for a smaller town. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I will definitely be returning. Nothing beats exceptional Customer Service.

I have lived up and down the island and can say hands-down, that this is the best organic grocery store I've been to. There are some others that are bigger and have a better choice in cosmetics and the like, but this place takes the cake for inexpensive, quality food - fresh or not. The staff is amazing and I love the easy-going atmosphere. This gem proves that bigger is not always better.

Very nice place and the staff are even better, kind, smiling and joyful. Prices are alright, great choices of healthy and eco-friendly anything from food to health care. Went there a couple times and I like to combine it with one of the bigger grocery names to get everything I want. I even suspect the very nice lady at the health product counter to have given me a free bottle of supplements for my very dry skin issue, because who gives silica supplements when you buy cereals???? thank you

New to here as of last week and I absolutely love their juices they make and smoothies berry bliss believe it’s called not sure have to look, is my favourite, as well as some food I’ve had, their veggie wrap is one my favourite go to item to buy. Staff is friendly and great :)

Very kind and friendly staff, great healthy food, a little pricey but its worth for good local fresh food. Some weird items like the "bullet proof" coffee. Overall very good food and friendly staff
