Amazing staff. Couldnt believe how helpful they were, I have a feral cat living in my outdoor shed and they gave me sample bags of food to feed her until I can get help to come. Also they are very well knowledged on their products and benefits and dangers(only chew toys can be dangerous) of each different type food bone chew toy etc.. they are probably the best pet store I've been to in a long long time

They were there in my time of need! My Dad's poor dog (Bear- Teddy Bear by birth)! Was on his last bowl of dog food! My problem was my Father was in the hospital! And I didn't have the means to go by a bag! Found out they deliver on purchases over $25, but also found out their delivery driver was off! They called around to a few different people! And it was delivered! This store has many items for your pet! From toys to treats to even their food for cat or dog, regardless of their size

Altruistic, kind, and locally minded. A true community-minded small business operated with an eye to charitable good works. This is the only place where I purchase pet supplies and they are very competitively priced. I can't give enough praise for this place.

Has the best prices of ANY pet store I've ever seen, the friendliest service possible and did I mention the value? Beautifully large cat tree for only a couple hundred and they will transport it for you if you can't. They are truly amazing.
